Location and staff!

Cons:

The table(-surface) in the room was the size of the keyboard. But since it was not the intention to work from the room... it was fine. The bed consisted of two parts that were constantly sliding apart...

Schönes Hotel - kalte, unruhige Nacht.
Pros:

Die Lage ist einmalig. Im Rücken die Warnow, zur Front die (Alt-)Stadt, Stadthafen. Stadion. Alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Parkplatz unterm Hotel.

Cons:

Ich hatte keine Bettdecke und keine Handtücher. Leider ist das erst aufgefallen, nachdem die Rezeption um 22.30 Uhr nicht mehr besetzt war. Die zentrale Rezeption in Hamburg nicht zu erreichen, Ich musste in Klamotten und Winterjacke schlafen. Meine Frau hatte glücklicherweise eine Decke. Am Morgen an der Rezeption "beschwert". "Ja sorry. Ist wegen der Montagearbeiter/Geschäftsreisenden, damit die nicht beide Bettdecken und alle Handtücher nehmen, bei Einzelbelegung", Super! Als Trost gab es 2 Frühstücksgutscheine. - Und auf Nachfrage beim Hotelmanagement nichts mehr, weil ich doch schon 2 Frühstücksgutscheine als "Entschädigung" bekommen hatte. - Bei allem Verständnis, die Hauptfunktion eines Hotels ist für mich darin zu sehen, Herberge und eine gute Nacht mit Bett und Kissen und Decke zu bieten. Das kann nicht zuviel verlangt sein. Am Ende habe ich mich nicht wie ein Gast gefühlt.
