Best place to stay close to Mayo! Caring staff, free shuttle and spacious rooms with kitchenettes.
Pros:

I stay at the Residence Inn because I love the staff, the location (close to Mayo) and the big rooms with kitchenettes. I don't eat the breakfast. I make my own in my room.

Cons:

Everything was great.

I can’t really say anything bad about the location. I do feel like since COVID getting hotel rooms cleaned is a joke.

Everything was great. Very central location to everything we want. Very clean and accommodating, and the staff was friendly and helpful. It was a very pleasant experience.

Pros:

Front desk agents, morning noon and night, were all very pleasant and helpful. The lounge bartender was also very kind and pleasant.

Cons:

I make this comment only for the hotels awareness. The studio has a hide away couch, and it did not feel or smell clean. It was also broken, so the couch was uncomfortable to sit on .

Not complaining, it's something to be looked into.

Our stay was beyond what was expected.
