New, clean, comfortable, convenient, great staff
Pros:

Very Convenient location to Mayo Clinic, a 5 minute drive . New facility, Clean , comfortable, staff friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

Need a couple more lights or lamps in the queen suite. Not as well lit as I need to read etc

Super staff, great location, shuttle to Mayo, nice rooms with kitchenettes.
Pros:

First and foremost, the staff. They are friendly and accommodating. I like the location close to Mayo. I'm a patient there and the Residence has a community feel to me. The hourly shuttle to and from Mayo is a big draw from me as well. All the rooms have kitchenettes, which I love because I'm a healthy eater and prefer to make my own meals. I use Instacart.

Cons:

Nothing, everything was great.

A very nice hotel, but unfortunately our bedroom was not good.
Pros:

Location, the area is really beautiful, and quiet, the hotel is beautiful as well.

Cons:

The air conditioning was really noisy, and it wasn’t really in good shape, it didn’t cooldown much, the pillows smelled like dirty hair, they were white, they look clean, but they smell bad.

Wonderful staff and location. Free Mayo shuttle and breakfast. Who could ask for anything more.
Pros:

The staff!!! They are like family. I'm a patient at Mayo Clinic and I love the welcoming environment. The shuttle to and from Mayo is convenient and a big plus. The rooms have kitchenettes so I have a choice to make my own meals or eat at the restaurant.

Cons:

Everything was great.

Very clean, comfortable and accommodating.
Pros:

Breakfast was delicious. Real eggs!

Cons:

The coffee provided during the day and hot water were only ever warm. Didn't stay hot.

I'm trying the Hilton next time. It doesn't have as nice of a layout but its new.
Pros:

We had a one bedroom suite. The layout was good.

Cons:

The AC was very noisy and blew right on one of the beds. The bathroom wasn't clean enough. It had mold and an odor. The couch was very uncomfortable and a little worn out. The shuttle doesn't go often enough. It just sits there and only goes on the hour. Seems silly to have one and employ a person to drive a shuttle who spends most of his time sitting in the lobby. They need to provide Kurigs in the rooms. And, they didn't clean our room until after late in the day after 3 pm.
