Your services in my opinion which everyone has, could be raised to the next level.
Pros:

The location was close to restaurants

Cons:

While laying in my bed watching TV a huge roach crawled from underneath my pillow, that did it for me. Where there is one, there are others. So much floor a good nights sleep. He bathroom toilet was not cleaned after the last guests left and genital hair could be seen behind the toilet lid. The biggest let down was no breakfast. Boiled eggs, pastries, cereal, yogurt small things should not be a problem for a hotel to provide its patrons. I’m concerned that you do not offer military discounts.
