Do atendimento da recepcionista da manhã do dia 17 , ligaram para o quarto às 7 da manhã e perguntamos na recepção quem teria ligado aquele horário, pois estávamos cansados e acordamos com um susto, falou que não foi no turno dela e ela não conseguia ver, com muita má vontade.
No dia 18 saímos do hotel às 6 da manhã e a recepcionista falou para pagar sem apresentar o fechamento da conta, passamos o cartão e como não dominamos o inglês que eu acho super normal, perguntamos se ela falava espanhol , ela disse que não e tinha algumas palavras que não estávamos entendendo, pegamos o Google translator e mostramos para ela , ela respondeu pelo Google translator e passou para nós e saiu da recepção e nos deixou um tempo esperando, estávamos com presa pois tínhamos um vou para o Brasil, demorou um pouco ela voltou e daí apresentou a conta ,a conta veio errado pois ela pediu para pagar antes de conferir, era duas diárias do estacionamento, pois alugamos o carro e devolvemos no dia 17 às 18 horas , sentimos que estava com muita má vontade, depois falou que ia estornar 1 diária do estacionamento no meu cartão.
Ficamos bem decepcionados pois um hotel desta categoria, não pode acontecer este tipo de inconveniente.
Às vezes não entendemos algumas palavras em inglês, que eu acho muito normal , mas percebemos que tem certas pessoas que acham que deveríamos falar igual um lorde inglês, do mesmo jeito que eu me esqueço algumas palavras, vocês também quando vem no meu país, também não conseguem intender tudo e pelo que conheço aqui no meu Brasil, os recepcionistas são bem atenciosos e procuram ajudar e não ficam bravo, pois eu tenho uma empresa e sei que o cliente é o rei ,a razão daquilo existir .
Hoje com toda esta tecnologia e nos USA , principalmente na Flórida que tem grande maioria de pessoas que falam o espanhol, pelo menos estes dois idiomas as recepcionistas deveriam falar, fora que tem os translators.

Ter pago estacionamento tão caro

Absolutely unacceptable experience from start to finish. I was told I had to pay a $40 daily fee for my service animal, which is illegal. At checkout, when I confronted the front desk, they tried to claim my dog wasn’t a service animal—even though I had all proper documentation. When the manager got involved, he said he would remove only two nights of charges and still make me pay for the remaining night. I refused, explaining it violated their own policy, and only then did they agree to remove all the fees—while giving me major attitude.

It didn’t end there. As I headed to my car, an employee ran up saying they “forgot” to charge me for valet and needed to print a new bill. I checked the previous bill and saw that none of the dog fees were actually removed and I had been charged for every night. When they returned with the new bill, it suddenly included three nights of valet, even though I only used two. When I pointed out both bills were wrong, the staff member insisted, “the valet said it’s three nights, so it is what it is.” I had to provide proof that I parked on the street the first night before they finally corrected it.

All this happened while I was trying to get to the airport, and at no point did anyone apologize for the repeated mistakes or the inconvenience. Instead, they had the valet hand me the corrected bill rather than walking it back to my car themselves.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The front desk staff were rude, uninformed, and careless. I will never stay here again and absolutely do not recommend this hotel.

Was told breakfast was free till 11 am..I don't eat breakfast but did thinking it was free so I would be full for a while then a waitress gave me two bills for $50 each because I had two rooms...wasn't happy about that at all. Plus the lighting in the bathroom was horrible..it was so bright I couldn't even turn it on.

The only thing I can say that I didnt like is how hard it is sometimes to access the bikes on the app.
Also I wish the pool had its own towels and that the water in the pool could be more cold.
