Overall a very good experience and we’d stay there again.
Pros:

Good location, hotel buffet breakfast was very good. Room and bathroom both modern, clean. Bathroom was well-lit.

Cons:

Hotel elevator was very slow and there didn’t seem to be any reason why.

Love this AC!
Pros:

Anitra at the AC Hotel Fort Lauderdale Beach is seriously the best. She’s always so friendly, helpful, and goes out of her way to make sure everything is perfect. You can tell she genuinely cares about the guests and takes pride in what she does. Every interaction with her makes the stay better. The hotel is lucky to have her!

The best Experience and best managers!
Pros:

Everything about this hotel is the best starting with one of the Managers Anitra! What a professional! She was intuitive and always a step ahead of us. We would go back just for her!

Emplacement et taille de la chambre.

Cons:

Vue latérale sur la mer inexistante. Ils ont oublié de nettoyer notre chambre le deuxième jour. Le petit déjeuner était de mauvaise qualité. Le service à l’accueil était désagréable. Le valet parking hors de prix. Les rabais annoncés pas appliqués.

Misled!! Not even a Marriott property we were sent to!
Pros:

They cancelled us due to their overbooking. Sent us to a “sister hotel” Not even a Marriott! Home to Suites by Hilton. Had to drive 30 min back and forth to be with our friends.

Cons:

They compensated us but mislead us as to what we were getting. Ruined our trip to be with our friends!

Nice hotel across the street from Ft. Lauderdale beach

The hotel is clean, well located near the beach and many restaurants, and has friendly staff. Bartender Robert in the lobby bar is gracious and very helpful.

Robert was an absolute pleasure. Stayed here the last few nights he was a fantastic bartender. Very personal, makes a good drink and is just a nice guy. I looked forward to seeing him every night. Fantastic guy to have at this property. Well done Robert!
