Unclean room and poor service
Cons:

We had a cockroach on our room and the room smelled like food was prepared in it. We made a complaint about the cockroach but “they have to investigate” even though we shared video and photos. We left early as we did not want to stay a minute longer. Until now we did not get a response to our complaint.
Poor facilities, the pool is not like the photo, there’s no hotel bar and they charge parking at a location where nobody would come without a car. For the room price in a hotel with such poor facilities you’d assume that would be included. A hotel that does not live up to Marriott standards

Bardzo dobry wybór w drodze od Everglades
Pros:

Bardzo dobry, tani hotel, ciepły basen.
W okolicy wiele sieciowych, dobrych restauracji. Wszystko nam odpowiadało, niczego więcej nie potrzeba w drodze do Everglades.

Clean quiet good price

Cons:

Staff was very condescending. I have a life threatening condition and said to the manager as such. She talked down to
Me. I felt so bad. Again it’s a life threatening condition. Was rude for no reason. Also when asked for help
Because I didn’t understand the light situation she came and once again a total
Unprofessional.

She even called the police. Police came told her. He’s gravely ill
Just wants sleep. Went to sleep. Ended up calling my mother in law to take me hospital.

Morning lately was very nice.. but the lady in the afternoon on the 9 th needs to be retrained.
