Pros:

Good breakfast, better than expected. The room, on paper, was perfect.

Cons:

5 people, two twin beds and one fold out-bed/couch sould be no problem. But.. The fould out was disgusting, dirty and a lot of stains on the mattress. And ther wasnt any bed linen for the fold out, not that amyone wanted to sleep on that mattress anyway.

It’s close by my family and smells really nice.

The room was comfortable. Marriott never fails to set up their facilities for style and comfort. The building itself is set up to make guest feel comfortable and for guest to have a pleasant stay..

Cons:

The room phone and internet was not working. House keeping did not clean the room nor did not take out the garbage. We request a wake up call to catch our flight at 5:00 AM but we did not received it. We had to go to the front desk for clean towels, soap, utensils, and put out our garbage at the front door.

Cancelled our stay at the check in desk

Nothing - cancelled at check in desk due to hotel having issues

Cons:

Wasn't advised until we arrived at the hotel that there was no TV or WiFi available and that there was issues with the water supply so we may not be able to bathe or shower.
Cancelled our stay at no cost and stayed at the Holiday Inn across the parking lot.

Pros:

The Customer service was outstanding from early check in and accommodating me when I asked they went above and beyond!!

I wish the breakfast had waffles or pancakes the other options were good but it would have been nice

We had a great time and would stay there again!
Pros:

The rooms were very nice and clean. Breakfast was good. The pool was heated, so we had so much fun swimming in it!

Cons:

It seems weird that there is an extra parking charge for $10 per night per car. I feel that should be included.

Nice sized room, easy location, and friendly staff.
Pros:

I recently stayed in a double queen suite with a group of friends for my birthday and was worried we might be cramped, but we had more than enough room. There was a separate section, like a den, with the pull out couch that was very spacious and the room itself had plenty of space for all our bags and to walk around and get ready in. The main purpose of our trip was to visit Everglades NP, and it was an easy drive to get there from this location. The staff was also very accommodating, my friends surprised me with a cake that they kept refrigerated for us and they were overall just very helpful and friendly. The pool was also heated and a nice night swim in the January weather.

Cons:

The only non-positive things I would say is that the beds were not the most comfortable, and the towels were not the best quality. The towels for the pool were very small. BUT not enough to be a deal-breaker, I would stay again.
