Clean, comforatble, convenient place to stay for the night
Pros:

The hotel was very clean. The beds were comfortable and the room was quite spacious. The kids had a wonderful time playing in the pool. It was close to places to eat.

Cons:

The poool could be a bit larger and the flooring in the pool areat is very slippery tile which I think was not a great choice.

Terrible experience and very dissatisfied overall!

The first room we were assigned the door was open when we got to the room. There was leftover food on the desk and looked like someone been on the bed and a towel left behind the door. Went back to the front desk and asked to be placed in new room! This room wasn’t much better. The mattresses desperately need to be replaced. There was a huge sunk in hole on one side of the bed. When telling the staff about our stay she was fully aware of the mattress situation. Huge disappointment since we have stayed here in the past.

tamanho do quarto e do banheiro muito bons e o atendimento das pessoas, muito bom.

Cons:

cama e travesseiros muito moles, não davam sustentação para o corpo. precisaria ser um pouco mais firmes.
não ficou claro também quando o quarto seria limpo e arrumado. ficamos 4 noites e não houve limpeza.

Fine. I’d stay here again.
Pros:

Location to Iowa State is perfect!
Breakfast is good.

Cons:

Couldn’t adjust the fan in the room. We asked for room service and all we got was 2 new bath towels and they didn’t even take our dirty ones.

The breakfast was excellent! There was a variety of food choices which was perfect for a big family. The staff were all friendly and room was big and clean.
