Dobrá poloha.
Hotel uz má nejlepší za sebou. Na chodbách zápach , sešlapané koberce na pokoji. Nejhorší ovšem byly polštáře. Oba úplně tvrdé, při pohybu šustily…. Každé ráno zablokovaný krk a bolení hlavy. Pokoj hodně malý, bylo těžké zvládnout logisticky jak rozložit dva kufry. Úložný prostor nula.

La habitación aunque estaba limpia, la alfombra del piso se veía como sucio.
La camera era bellissima e spaziosa , bello e ampio il bagno, l’albero verde a vista nella camera una vera chicca!

Buena ubicación, en un barrio tranquilo pero muy cerca de la zona comercial.
Está cerca de una parada de metro y varias de autobús que te llevan a todos los puntos turísticos. Las habitaciones son bastante grandes para el estándar japonés. Ofrecen café, té y más bebidas gratis durante todo el día!
We love the interior design and style of the hotel. The breakfast was not buffet but we liked it. They served many options of the welcome drinks all day.
The staff member (a lady) at check-in was exceptionally rude and impolite, which made us feel very uncomfortable and prompted us to file a complaint. While the rest of the team were helpful and polite, the hotel seriously needs to address this issue. One person shouldn't ruin an otherwise great hotel's reputation.

The room was spacious enough and comfortable.
There were many nice teas and some cookies in the lobby.
The location is nice, in a quiet area but close to shopping area and has lots of restaurants around.
The breakfast was a bento box with the same food everyday, and a bit too strong for western habits (eg cooked chicken or fish - this was the only thing that changed). After the second day it was difficult to eat it. What saved us were the complimentary croissants and toasts at the entrance, available for everyone. However I regreted having paid an extra fee for the breakfast.
