Super lovely place with a great location. Staff were very friendly. Free coffee in the morning! Very nice room. Would definitely recommend.

Extremely clean. Provided water, tea and coffee. Close to bus stops.

Aesthetic / cleanliness / polite staff
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel was exceptionally clean and provided everything you might need during your visit. The rooms were spacious enough, comfortable, and had a pleasant atmosphere. One of the nice touches was the complimentary drinks available in the lobby, which guests could enjoy at any time. There are also laundry machines on the second floor that can be used for an additional fee, which is very convenient for longer stays. The location is excellent, with bus stops just a short walk away. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money.
One very important aspect of any hotel stay for me is breakfast, and unfortunately, this was the biggest disappointment. The breakfast was exactly the same every morning and was served in a pre-set box. The selection simply wasn’t to my taste, so I ended up skipping breakfast on most days. Fortunately, the hotel also offered croissants that guests could help themselves to, and those became my breakfast for most of the stay. A bit more variety and flexibility in the breakfast options would have greatly improved the overall experience.

L'hotel est bien desservi par les transport en commun, et est situé à 10 min du centre-ville de Kyoto.
Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et très bon qui est servi tout les matins.
La chambre était confortable, avec pas mal d'équipement comme un sèche-cheveux, un mini frigo où des bouteilles d'eaux sont offert le jour de l'arrivé.
Le personnel est agréable et présent en cas de besoin.
La taille de chambre est un peu petite si vous avez des bagages volumineux ou si vous en avez beaucoup.
Attention si vous avez beaucoup de bagages, l'hôtel est situé à 10 min à pied de la station Shijo Karasuma.
