Underwhelming
Pros:

It was quite spacious

Cons:

We found the staff quite unfriendly/rude. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable as were the pillows & we found mould in the sink. Not worth the money really.

Clean and very well looked after

Cons:

The rooms are spacious for a couple but not so much two singles. Bed is big as singles but room is small for storage otherwise perfect for couple. But, might have to work around if you and a mate are travelling in the aspect of storing suitcase and items

Nice hotel, would recommend!
Pros:

Location was really nice, calm and within walking distance of a lot of shops and nice restaurants. The rooms are great with enough space. We stayed in 3 different hotels during our Japan trip and we loved this one the most. Would recommend!

Cons:

The toilet had a dirty smell and old wet spots on the floor/carpet. Same goes for when you exit the shower, it has wet stains all around it.

Amazing boutique hotel for a great price
Pros:

Lovely complimentary pastries, juice and tea in the mornings. Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean, spacious and comfortable rooms.
