Una buona opzione in centro
Pros:

L’acqua fresca sempre disponibile e pane fresco la mattina. Il letto molto comodo e grande

Cons:

Non c’era nulla per stendere glia asciugamani bagnati, nel bagno la moquette era un po’ ammuffita. Le stanze non erano molto ben insonorizzate… si sentiva quello che faceva la gente nella stanza accanto.. non aggiungo altro

We loved our stay at Agora, the property itself is beautiful, room is spacious (for Japan). There are washing facilities

施設は綺麗だが、スタッフの対応に残念
Pros:

客室が綺麗で、飲み物なども完備されていた点。特徴的な間取りで和のテイストを感じることができました。

Cons:

スタッフに関して、基本的には気持ちの良い対応をしていただきました。外国人のスタッフや男性のスタッフの方はとてもいい印象を抱きました。一方、30-40代くらいのある日本人女性スタッフの対応がひどく、どんな教育をされているのか目を疑います。当該スタッフは、チェックインの際は目も見ずに淡々と対応。チェックアウト後の荷物預けの際は、まるで命令口調のように感じ威圧的に感じました。ピックアップの際も流れ作業のような対応をされ、感謝のひとつもありませんでした。非常に残念でしたし、建物や施設が綺麗な分、不愉快な気持ちになりました。外国人が多い一方、日本人には冷たくなるのでしょうか。細かい点は分かりかねますが、あれでは、また泊まろうと言う気には正直なりません。

Pros:

Nice rooms, everything clean

Cons:

Breakfast, not my tipe and the window is with no view. We had a claustrofobic person and had to book another room in another hotel
