Pros:

Good location, Onsen included, good breakfast, nice rooms.

Cons:

We had payed everything upon arrival and they wanted to charge us more afterwards. We had to argue with them that that was not correct which took about 20 min. Luckily we had planned enough time, otherwise we would have missed our train.

Great location and lovely looking hotel
Pros:

Location was very good, close to the subway (Kiyomizu-Gojo: Keihan Mainline) and amenities. Check-in was very professional and the complimentary cookies were amazing. I wish I had bought some. Breakfast had a good selection, but the restaurant seats were tight.

Cons:

The pillows were uncomfortable, and the floor space was small, only enough space to open a large suitcase and not to walk about. Noisy due to the location, next to the main road, and I remember being woken up by traffic early in the morning.
