Pros:

Clean hotel. Staff is incredibly helpful.

Cons:

Layout is a little unorthodox with a B1F main lobby from the street. Rooms are small, wasn't able to open my hard case luggage all the way without blocking the main door. Beds are passable.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war ein Standart Zimmer mit 20 qm.Es war sehr gepflegt und für Japanische Verhältnisse auch groß.

Cons:

Der Frühstück Bereich war zu klein und völlig überlaufen für so viele Gästen. Dadurch ging die Aufenthalt Qualität sehr Deutlich nach unten für ein 5 Sterne aus. Sehr schade. Eine Club Bereich gibt es leider nicht.

Breakfast was exceptional, beds and pillows wonderful, onsen fabulous, we loved it!
Pros:

Loved the onsen, beds and pillows, the breakfast was absolutely wonderful. Loved the omelet and waffle with whip cream and Nutella. Loved the tatami mattes.

Pros:

お部屋も清潔で気持ちが良かった。
ベットも広くて快適でした。

Cons:

時間にもよると思いますが浴場が混んでいたので、ゆっくりできなかったのが少し残念でした。

親切、駅チカ、綺麗なお部屋でシンプルな贅沢。ヒルトンの安心感。
Pros:

・建物、室内はとても綺麗でした。
・受験の為2泊で利用させて頂きましたが、フロントの方々は皆様親切で、タクシー手配についてなど詳しくご説明下さいました。
・当たり前の事ですが室内のアメニティや、ドリンク(ネスカフェドルチェ)は1泊毎に交換され清潔かつ十分に供給され、さすがヒルトン系列と納得しました。
・寝具や浴室のアメニティなども大満足で、特にバスタブはゆったりと寛ぐ事が出来ました。
・お部屋(デラックスツイン)の広さも
狭すぎず広すぎず、2人で充分の広さでした。

Cons:

贅沢を言えば…という程度ですが。
強いて言えば、
・室内用のスリッパ、かな？使い捨てタイプのモノでしたが、もう少ししっかりしたものか、使い捨てではなく消毒済みの普通のタイプの方が履きやすかったかなと思いました。
・ソファー部分にクッション等があれば
もう少し寛げたかな。また小さめでも良いので
オットマン等があれば、ソファーでゆっくり座って寛ぐことが出来たかなと思います。
デラックスツイン、だったので、、そのくらいは有っても良いかなぁと感じました。
・浴室のアメニティが壁面にセットされていたので洗髪や身体を洗う際にいちいち椅子から立ち上がらなければプッシュ出来ず...脚が悪いので
少し苦労しました。(手すりはちゃんと付いています)
シャワーも同じく。最新型ではありますが使い勝手はイマイチ…と感じました。
しかしながら、マイナス点、というほどではなく
お部屋のインテリア、清潔さ、サービス、接客が十分に上回る満足度でした。
