Geht so. Für 5sterne eigentlich viel mehr erwartet. Personal beim empfang sehr gut, ansonsten entäuscht.

Cons:

Jeden morgen um 9uhr kamm putzfrau ins zimmer. Zmorgen 45€ pro person, 10minuten vor schluss.
Kein upgrade auch mit amex. Kein balkon. Zahnpasta, ohrenstäbli nie aufgefüllt. Bettwäsche nie ersetzt. Bar unten beim eingang sehr lange wartezeit und nicht professionell.

Wonderful stay!
Pros:

We had an excellent stay at Ca’ di Dio. The hotel is beautiful! The staff is very professional and accommodating. They arranged a water taxi to and from the train station which worked perfectly. The Christmas decorations were very lovely. Breakfast was delicious with many choices. The bar is a must visit. We will gladly stay there again.

Wundervolles Hotel mit exzellentem Service; kleine Schönheitsmängel, dennoch klare Empfehlung.

Unser Aufenthalt im Ca’ di Dio in Venedig war insgesamt wundervoll. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und aufmerksam, das Bett sehr bequem, alles picobello sauber, und das Frühstück hervorragend. Das Hotel ist wunderschön und strahlt viel Ruhe und Eleganz aus.

Cons:

Kleine Abzüge gibt es für Details im Zimmer: stellenweise fleckenhafte Wände, lose Leisten und ein Teppich, der gestalterisch und qualitativ besser gelöst sein könnte – gerade in dieser Preiskategorie erwartet man hier etwas mehr Perfektion.
Nichtsdestotrotz würden wir das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen, da Atmosphäre, Service und Gesamtqualität klar überwiegen. Die genannten Punkte sind Schönheitsdetails, die sich gut beheben lassen.
