Gute Lage, sehr schönes Frühstück
Teuer, hohe Fehlerquote (kundenservice hat die Tür nicht richtig geschlossen, leere Wasserflaschen wurden nicht weggeräumt und durch volle ersetzt,,) Service außer beim Frühstück nicht sehr aufmerksam

Air condition needs fine tuning.
Amazing location only 10 minutes from San Marco and 15 minutes to biennale exhibition. But so cozy and quite inside that you don’t feel the tourists’ crowd.

The air conditioning broke on our last night and it was boiling in Venice so we all had a terrible sleep. The hotel refused to offer us any compensation for this night and we were paying over €1000 a night. Incredibly slow breakfast in our last morning as well and service very patchy. I called down for a clothes steamer and they said they’d bring it immediately but they didn’t until I called again the next day. I asked for them to clear dirty glasses from our room twice and they were never collected. Poor communication and not at all slick for the level of hotel it is supposed to be.

Really lovely room but insufficient storage space and very awkward access to the bathroom. Reception staff did all that they could do mitigate this
All the staff were delightful, in particular the concierge team who made such a difference to our trip with all their help and advice

The staff was the most pleasant in our time in Italy. They went out of their way in saying hello, caring for our family. It is really the small details, they remembered our breakfast drink order by the second day.
The location has a great view. The hotel is new in that it is a former church and monastery from the 1200s that they made into a hotel in 2021.
No complaints.

Das Hotel überzeugt mit schönem und hochwertigen Ambiente. Es ist sehr sauber und die Lage wirklich hervorragend.
Weniger angenehm fand ich allerdings, dass man als Gast teilweise das Gefühl bekommt, zusätzlich zur Kasse gebeten zu werden. Bei einem Zimmerpreis von rund 2.500 Euro für zwei Nächte empfand ich es als irritierend, am Abreisetag noch eine zusätzliche Rechnung über etwa 160 Euro für „Service“ bzw. Trinkgeld vorgelegt zu bekommen – in unserem Fall im Wesentlichen für zweimaliges Bettenmachen. Zwar wird darauf hingewiesen, dass dieser Betrag optional ist und reduziert werden kann, dennoch entsteht dabei ein gewisser Druck, diesen auch zu bezahlen, da einem die fertige Rechnung zur Unterschrift vorgelegt wird. Das hinterlässt leider einen unangenehmen Eindruck und führt bei mir zu einem Punkteabzug.
odamızı up grade edip teraslı bir oda vermeleri çok keyifli oldu bizim için . kahvaltı mükemmeldi .. personel, servis herşey çok güzeldi .. görülmesi gezilmesi gereken her yere yürüme mesafesinde olması hiç bir ulaşım aracı kullanmadan hareket etmemizi sağladı .. ayrıca teknelerin kalktığı duraklara yakın olması da bir avantaj tabii

The rooms were extremely comfortable, big enough and beautiful. The breakfast was the best we had in Europe. Everyone was very helpful.
The spa area is paid and required an appointment, even for a sauna visit - I would expect this to be included and freely accessible at this price point.

Words barely do this place justice. From the moment we arrived, it was clear this was no ordinary hotel — every detail speaks to quiet luxury, impeccable comfort, and genuinely heartfelt service. A special mention to Ivan at the concierge desk, whose attentiveness and care elevated our stay beyond anything we could have anticipated. Tucked away from the tourist crowds, this is Venice at its most refined. The breakfast alone is worth the visit — an extraordinary spread that caters to every taste. A true hidden jewel.
