Pros:

Everything was perfect from checking in, getting advise from the concierge (Ivan) and checking out! Fantastic stay, clean, sleek and chic - loved everything about this place. Highly recommend.

A bit expensive, but an amazing stay in a true luxury experience
Pros:

amazing location, great views the front of the lobbies and the rooms were very quiet as well as as well appointed and spacious

The staff was very accommodating and made sure that my wife’s birthday was taken care of wonderfully

Cons:

The bar prices and breakfast prices are a bit exorbitant, but I guess that comes with a territory when you’re staying on the Canal Venice
The cocktail prices and breakfast prices were a bit outrageous

Geht so. Für 5sterne eigentlich viel mehr erwartet. Personal beim empfang sehr gut, ansonsten entäuscht.

Cons:

Jeden morgen um 9uhr kamm putzfrau ins zimmer. Zmorgen 45€ pro person, 10minuten vor schluss.
Kein upgrade auch mit amex. Kein balkon. Zahnpasta, ohrenstäbli nie aufgefüllt. Bettwäsche nie ersetzt. Bar unten beim eingang sehr lange wartezeit und nicht professionell.
