An absolute nightmare: filthy, pre-used room and zero customer support.
Cons:

We checked in at 11 p.m., so the front desk was already closed. The room assigned to us had clearly already been used: the bed was unmade, there were loose body hairs on the sheets, and the bathroom sink was dirty with hair left in it. Furthermore, despite the non-smoking policy, the room reeked of cigarette smoke. Since no staff members were available on-site, we tried calling the remote customer support number, but no one answered. The following morning, the front desk staff was dismissive, simply stating they would report the issue to the manager. Our subsequent email complaint has received neither a response nor an apology.
