Room wasn't clean when we arrived. Socks and an empty bottle under the bed. Room wasn't cleaned when needed.

Prices have almost tripled for next year and it is not worth the money.

Konzert Reise
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage. Einkaufszentrum, U-Bahn, Lanxess Arena und der Bahnhof Deutz sind in der Nähe. Personal sehr nett. Frühstück ausreichend und gut. Zimmer sauber und von der Größe her OK.

Cons:

Die Bahn fährt alle paar Minuten vorbei. Bei geschlossenen Fenster aber kein Problem

Si te gusta el trato de Ryanair este hotel te encantará

Ubicación cercana a lugar de interes

Cons:

Solo limpian cada tres dias y se debe registrar y facilitar datos en otra web. Aunque está permitido en Alemania que no se limpie la habitacion ( lo que supe tras indagar y no se indica ni en la reserva ninpor booking siendo un elemento esencial del contrato de hospedaje) el año pasado estuve en otro hotel a unos 500 metros y las habitaciones se limpiaban todos los dias. Esa información acerca del régimen de limpieza del establecimiento deberia ser facilitada porque esa la limpieza de la estancia es la única diferencia entre un hotel y un airbnb.

Por otra parte para una estancia de 5 dias de 3 personas solo habia cuatro perchas, he visto papel higiénico con mas capas que las toallas facilitadas.

Una idea de la atención al huesped es que los vasos facilitados no sirven ni para poner el cepillo de dientes.

La mejor muestra de que nunca se debe contratar un hotel propiedad de un fondo de inversión sin gestión profesional.

El desayuno sin embargo estaba correcto.

Location for proximity to the arena is great

Cons:

Paid $3500 AUD for 4 nights, and the quality is like a hostel from the 90’s. Needs a vacuum badly, clean linen only every 3 days. It’s disgraceful
