Für ein Konzert in der Lanxcess Arena würde ich es wieder buchen, aber auch nur für eine Nacht.

Die Nähe zur Lanxcess Arena.
Die Matratzen waren sehr komfortabel.

Cons:

Das Personal war gefühlt nicht wirklich geschult.
Sauberkeit war eher so lala. Die Kloschüssel hatte eine Art von rostigen Streifen und sah etwas eklig aus. Es hat auch nicht gut gerochen.Aber für eine Nacht aushaltbar.

Mittelmäßiges Hotel

Das Zimmer war von der Einrichtung her gut. Das Bad modern. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Reichhaltige Auswahl.

Cons:

Wir waren um 14.45 vor Ort. Die Rezeption wurde aber erst um Punkt 15.00 Uhr zum einchecken geöffnet. Early Checkin kostet nochmal extra.Es waren schon einige Gäste da ,die auch einchecken wollten. Das ist sehr unflexibel. Alle wollten in die lachende Kölnarena, wo ab 15.00 Uhr Einlaß war.
Das Zimmer war oberflächlich sauber, aber unterm Bett lag eine dicke Staubschicht.
Der Frühstücksraum ungemütlich und laut. Eher wie eine Mensa.

Die Lage war sehr gut.

Cons:

Die Parksituation war unbefriedigend. Keine Vorfahrt möglich, der Parkplatz bereits voll.
Es gab keine Möglichkeit die Brause in der Dusche aufzuhängen und ein Handtuch war verschmutzt.

체인호텔이라 기본적인 관리는 잘 되어있는 점
바로 앞에 경찰서가 있어 안전한 점
버스 정류장이 도보 3분이라 편리했음

Für ein Konzertbesuch ausreichend
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt, wenn man zu einem Konzert in die Arena möchte. Es sind nur 5 min zu Fuß.

Cons:

Einrichtung und Ausstattung sind in die Jahre gekommen bzw. billig. Es war zwar sauber aber im Bad hat es unangenehm gerochen. Das Personal hat sich so verhalten, als würde es gar nicht im Hotel arbeiten. Die haben dort an der Rezeption gesessen und am Handy gespielt - viele Worte wurden mit uns nicht gewechselt.
