De airco. Wat was ik blij met een goede airco na dagen in 36 graden te hebben gezeten. Airco gaf echt een briesje.Top

Cons:

Alle oppervlakken die nat konden worden afgenomen waren schoon. Geen stof gezien. Badkamer ook schoon. Alleen voelt de ruimte stoffig aan. Ik denk dat er met de Franse slag gestofzuigd wordt. Ook de lift was zo stoffig. Mijn longen en neus reageerden terwijl ik geen allergie heb.

Im Sommer nicht zu empfehlen und für die minimale Ausstattung zu teuer.
Pros:

Es gibt Familienzimmer. Man kann mitten in der Nacht abreisen, ohne auschecken zu müssen.

Cons:

Man hat im Sommer die Wahl zwischen einer extrem lauten Klimaanlage oder bei geöffnetem Fenster dem Lärm von der sehr lauten Straße. Die Ausstattung ist lieblos und minimal.

Sehr enttäuschender Service und fehlerhafte Buchung

​Ich bin mitten in der Nacht um 2:15 Uhr nach einer Zugverspätung im Hotel angekommen. Die Deutsche Bahn hatte mir einen Gutschein ausgestellt und ein Zimmer in diesem Hotel bestätigt. Als ich ankam, teilte man mir jedoch mit, dass das gebuchte Zimmer an andere Gäste vergeben wurde und kein Zimmer auf meinen Namen reserviert sei.

​Als "Lösung" wurde mir lediglich ein Platz in einem Mehrbettzimmer für 7 Personen angeboten, was absolut unakzeptabel ist. Der Umgang des Personals mit der Situation war unhöflich und keineswegs kundenfreundlich. Man hat sich nicht einmal bemüht, das Problem angemessen zu lösen. Sehr schlechter Service – ich kann dieses Hotel überhaupt nicht empfehlen.
