L’emplacement était parfait , proche du Stanley Park , de la plage , des commerces. Le personnel irréprochable , d’une gentillesse +++

Cons:

Tout était parfait à part petite note pour l’obscurité dans la chambre , les stores en place laisse pas mal de clarté passer la nuit.

Great location! Super friendly staff. Would stay again, just not in room 316.
Pros:

The location was fantastic. 1/2 a block to denman street. It was easy to find. The staff were very friendly. The room was nice, king bed, kitchenette. Good water pressure. Parking; while expensive, was convenient. $42 per night. I know Vancouver prices. There’s a pub not far called the park, best natchos we’ve ever had and lots of screens to watch sports.

Cons:

We booked a king with a terrace, and while technically there was a terrace, it faced a brick wall. We were very disappointed with that. I’ve attached a picture of our view and a pic of what other rooms without the brick wall faced. And the pillows on the bed were not good.

Property is at max 3-3.5 stars. It is located in nice neighborhood: needs fixes for 4 star pricing.
Pros:

Bed was comfortable. Good location. Lot of terrace space and good terrace furniture.

Cons:

Wifi did not work during the entire stay and even tried by reception. Contactless keycard did not work at 11:30 pm and had to be reactivated from reception. Very small bath towels; smaller than 30" wide. Limited toilet paper. Iron base not clean and not suitable for white clothes. No gym for 4 star facility.
