Property is at max 3-3.5 stars. It is located in nice neighborhood: needs fixes for 4 star pricing.
Pros:

Bed was comfortable. Good location. Lot of terrace space and good terrace furniture.

Cons:

Wifi did not work during the entire stay and even tried by reception. Contactless keycard did not work at 11:30 pm and had to be reactivated from reception. Very small bath towels; smaller than 30" wide. Limited toilet paper. Iron base not clean and not suitable for white clothes. No gym for 4 star facility.

We loved this hotel and wished we had have stayed longer here.
Pros:

The hotel was very close to English Bay, to eating places and it was very comfortable. Reception Staff were excellent, especially KOMAL, she was so welcoming and nothing was a problem for her to help us with. The hotel was very modern and refreshing. The rooms had a Kitchenette and was very well set out. Communication was excellent.

Cons:

No door cards, everything was on your mobile phone. To get to your room was a bit of a maze at the start but we became comfortable with it. The only thing lacking at this hotel was an onsite laundry, but they are in the process of establishing an onsite laundry for customers.

Super Unterkunft
Pros:

die Ferienwohnung ist ruhig und hat einen kleinen Balkon in den Innenhof mit viel Grün. Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig mit der Küchenzeile inkl. Geschirrspüler. Der digitale Schlüssel mit dem Handy war für uns neu und sehr bequem. Mit diesem Schlüssel hatten wir überall Zugang: zur Einkaufsmall, zum Parkhaus etc. Die Lage des Hotels ist prima. Öffis gleich um die Ecke. Einkaufen gleich um die Ecke mit direktem Zugang. Der Liquor Store ist an der Ecke und gegenüber der 7 Eleven, bei dem die Fahrkarten gekauft werden können.

Cons:

Das Hotel wurde gerade eröffnet und hat noch kleine Kinderkrankheiten. Ablagen im Schrank fehlten komplett, Bügel gab es viele, aber keine Haken außerhalb des Schrankes. Die Pflegeprodukte mit dem Kräuterduft waren nicht unser Geschmack - sensible Haut war dann gerötet. Normale Haut war ok.

Comfortable, but disappointing service.

Good location, comfortable.

Cons:

Zero customer service, no consideration of customer experience. Showed up half an hour early. Room was ready. They wanted to charge me $30 to check in 20 minutes early (took 10 minutes for a response). Wouldn’t have cost them anything to give us that 20 minutes, but they refused on principle and it made us feel unwelcome. All issues dealt with by text - a woman had her bags in the luggage room, and her code did not work and no one responded to her. Thankfully my code did so she could get her bags and catch her flight. Furniture was a bit shabby - the photos were a bit misleading. Expected more for $300 a night.

入住慌張差點以為進不去（現場沒有人員能支援的缺點），其他的設備、氛圍都很棒。

優秀的地理環境與設備！行李寄放服務與舒適大廳都很棒，方便我們半夜搭機前可以好好休息。

Cons:

入住方式，或許要優化app.

下訂後早早就註冊app，但出發起可能因為版本更新，入住時無法登入有點慌亂，使用忘記密碼也沒有辦法即時收到新密碼，差點以為無法入住，卡了好一陣子。還好最後因為信件訂房認證碼也能驗證登入，才順利進房，過程真的有點緊張。

Would not be able to find a better location!
Pros:

Great location, quiet and spacious room, large, comfy bed - slept like a baby. All the amenities in the room were super.

Cons:

We would appreciate cleaning at least once every couple of days. Cleaning for 60 dollars in such a place is a travesty. Also, the water pressure in the shower was terrible.

Pros:

Location was great, everything nearby, like important shops & public transport, seafront
Kitchen facility was good, could do with a small oven or a microwave with bake option
Staff was friendly and helpful, especially a lady called Maria who patiently helped 2 other couples besides me to register to get the door code

Cons:

Considering the price of the appartment, a small breakfast could have been provided, instead only tea & coffee
The mattress of the bed was extremely worn, couldn't sleep properly
The shower facility should have had some instruction as to how to switch from the overhead shower to the hose
Microwave was a bit unbalanced
No-smoking rule: people go smoking outside and throw the stubs away by the stairs or in the driveway; better would be to actually provide a smoking area
