Considero que esta muy bien ubicado ya que esta en el centro de berlin y en una zona que no hay bulla a pesar de estar al costado de las vias del tren. El Personal atento y el Cafe es rico ! La relacion precio y ubicacion perfecto.

Simple et pratique. Bon repos assure au sein de la frenesie de la ville.

Les environs de l'hotel, sa centralite et son cote pratique dans les chambres et dans le lobby.

Cons:

Le paiement du petit dejeuner n'est pas clair, ce qui a rendu l'hotel plus cher. Beaucoup de monde aussi au petit dejeuner, peut-etre parce qu'il y avait des groupes d'etudiants a la meme periode.

Отличное соотношение цена и качество, месторасположение идеальное.
Номер достаточно просторный для своего сегмента. Шумоизоляция хорошая, рядом ЖД станция, не беспокоила особо.
Приемлемый завтрак за свою стоимость.

Cons:

Единственное из реально существенного, что не хватало это тапочки в номере.

Gutes Frühstück, aber beim Aufenthalt gab es zu viele Herausforderungen
Pros:

Das Hotel war leicht zu finden und der Check-in verlief unkompliziert. Das Frühstück war eine positive Überraschung. Ein großes Lob an das Küchenteam – das Frühstück hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Cons:

Leider war unser Zimmer sehr warm, da die Klimaanlage nicht funktionierte. Obwohl wir dies an der Rezeption gemeldet haben, wurde sie leider nicht repariert.
Wir hatten um ein ruhigeres Zimmer gebeten, bekamen aber ein Zimmer zur Bahngleisseite. Die Geräusche der vorbeifahrenden Züge waren deutlich zu hören, sodass auch das Lüften über das Fenster kaum möglich war.
Auch nachts war es teilweise laut: Türen wurden zugeschlagen, auf den Fluren wurde laut gesprochen und getrampelt.
Der Zigarettenrauch hat uns ebenfalls gestört, da sich der Raucherbereich in unmittelbarer Nähe des Eingangs befand.
Für unsere beiden CPAP-Geräte benötigten wir außerdem eine Verlängerungsmöglichkeit, da neben einem Nachttisch keine Steckdose vorhanden war. Leider konnte uns kein Verlängerungskabel zur Verfügung gestellt werden.
Die Situation unter der Eisenbahnbrücke direkt neben dem Hotel, wo sich Menschen ohne festen Wohnsitz aufhielten, war für uns ebenfalls etwas ungewohnt.

Pros:

La posizione è ottima vicino alla metro di Alexanderplatz. La camera era pulita e dalla ns finestra vedevamo in lontananza la torre della televisione, di notte era bellissima tutta illuminata.
