Tres noches sin limpieza, sin cambio de toallas y con una gestión decepcionante

Cons:

Viajamos con frecuencia y rara vez dejamos una valoración negativa, pero esta experiencia merece ser contada para que otros viajeros sepan realmente cómo funciona este hotel.

Nos alojamos 3 noches y durante TODA la estancia no limpiaron la habitación ni cambiaron las toallas ni una sola vez. La habitación permaneció exactamente igual cada día pese a haber avisado en recepción en varias ocasiones.

Lo más sorprendente es que descubrimos después que, para que hagan la habitación, tienes que escanear un código QR dentro de la propia habitación o avisar expresamente ese mismo día en recepción. Nadie informa de esto previamente durante el check-in ni aparece explicado de forma clara como algo esencial del funcionamiento del hotel.

Además, según nos indicaron, si te alojas 3 noches deberían limpiar automáticamente la habitación. En nuestro caso estuvimos precisamente 3 noches… y tampoco ocurrió.

Avisamos por la mañana en recepción tras comprobar que no habían limpiado la habitación y nos aseguraron que quedaba registrado en el sistema. Volvimos por la noche y seguía exactamente igual. Al día siguiente ocurrió de nuevo.

Entendemos que puede haber incidencias puntuales en cualquier hotel. Lo difícil de aceptar es avisar varias veces, que quede registrado y que absolutamente nada cambie.

La sensación final es de muy poca atención al cliente y una gestión deficiente de algo tan básico como la limpieza. La compensación ofrecida fue únicamente un desayuno, claramente insuficiente después de tres noches sin limpieza ni cambio de toallas.

Lo único realmente positivo es la ubicación del hotel, muy buena para visitar Berlín. Pero sinceramente, un alojamiento no puede descuidar algo tan básico como la higiene y el mantenimiento diario de la habitación.

Después de esta experiencia, no volveríamos a alojarnos aquí ni lo recomendaríamos a otros viajeros habituales.
