A estadia foi boa até chegar a hora de ir embora, fomos de carro alugado da Alemanha para a Itália, e por recomendação do próprio hotel deixamos o carro no estacionamento deles que era pago a diária e só andamos de metrô pelo cidade, quando chegou a hora de ir embora o nosso carro estava com um trinco enorme no pára-brisa, o que seria de responsabilidade de hotel pois só deixamos o carro lá dentro, não saímos em nenhum momento com o carro. Falamos com o responsável e nós disseram que na verdade aquele estacionamento era aberto e qualquer um podia entrar e que não era de responsabilidade deles, o que a gente podia fazer era ir na delegacia pegar uma autorização para ver as câmeras, fizemos isso mas a polícia disse que eles não dão esse tipo de documento, voltamos para o hotel e eles simplesmente não fizeram nada, ficou por isso mesmo, ou seja, eu paguei um hotel, paguei o estacionamento para o carro ficar em um lugar seguro e no fim saí com o carro danificado e com um prejuízo enorme com a locadora do carro e o seguro que o estacionamento deveria ter pois eu paguei para deixar o carro lá não fez nada.

100% I would stay here again!
Pros:

Loved the quietness despite being right on a main road! Spacious carpark for my van! Very clean inside and out! Fresh, free still or sparkling water on tap with a machine on every floor level.

Für zwei Nächte ist es in Ordnung.
Pros:

• Privater Parkplatz, bewacht und im Vergleich zu anderen Optionen relativ günstig. Wir fühlten uns mit unserem Auto sicher.
• Vor dem Hotel befand sich eine Bushaltestelle mit sehr häufigen Verbindungen.
• Der Check-out im Hotel erfolgte um 11:00 Uhr, was ich sehr gut finde, da man so noch Zeit hat, zu frühstücken und sich auf die Abreise vorzubereiten.
• Das Hotel liegt relativ zentrumsnah.
• In der Nähe des Hotels befinden sich Supermärkte und Fastfoods.
• Das Hotel befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gegend.
• Die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption waren höflich und hilfsbereit. Sie sprachen Englisch mit uns, sodass wir uns verständigen konnten.
• Die Betten und Matratzen waren sehr gut. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen.

Cons:

• Das Zimmer war für zwei Erwachsene und ein 14-jähriges Kind viel zu klein. Es war ziemlich eng.
• Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, aber von nicht besonders guter Qualität. Die Eier rochen etwas unangenehm, ebenso wie das Omelett und der Speck.
• Das Personal beim Frühstück war unhöflich. Es waren zwei weibliche Angestellte da, die seltsam aussahen und weder freundlich noch höflich waren.
• Der Barkeeper war nicht hilfsbereit und sehr unhöflich. Wir wollten abends eine Cola kaufen, und er kam zurück, sagte uns barsch, wir müssten warten, die Damen würden zuerst bedient. Ich wartete zehn Minuten auf mein Getränk. Der Barkeeper wollte nur mit den Frauen flirten, und ich musste zehn Minuten warten. Unglaublich!
