De bar bediening was super vriendelijk

Cons:

We hadden een kamer direct bij aankomst gekregen de andere kamer kregen we toen we terug kwamen.
In de nacht kon ik niet slapen door een mug, toen ik opstond keek ik op bed en zag beestjes lopen. We hadden op beide bedden bedwantsen. Mijn dochter van 7 sliep op een van de bedden. Ik heb het direct gemeld en ik kreeg een andere kamer maar het hoesten heeft niks gedaan om het te vergoeden. Ze waren zeer oninteresseert

Staff molto gentile, stanze molto pulite, bagno spazioso.
Il ristorante ha un menù differenzia pranzo/cena e la cucina è buona.

Cons:

Il bar offre solo bevande; quando siamo arrivati abbiamo scoperto che sabato a pranzo e domenica tutto il giorno non ci sono né ristorante né servizio in camera. Nessuna alternativa se non uscire dall'albergo o ordinare da Glovo e simili. Avrei preferito che lo scrivessero anche sul sito dell'albergo (che riporta solo orario generici) per poter valutare.
Personale molto gentile ma scarsino; mia mamma è caduta in camera dopo cena e nessuno poteva venire ad aiutarci; dopo 15 minuti la reception ha trovato un ragazzo, ma ormai era riuscita ad alzarsi.

No.1 hotel near Milan downtown area
Pros:

Clean, comfort and cozy hotel with modern decoration. Water dispenser is available on every floor is a great bonus. Nice and kind hotel staff. Rich choices of breakfast.

Pros:

The family room was large and spacious, the beds were awesome. The breakfast was very good and there was a lot to choose from. The location was good as we had to go to the airport around noon. The pool area and pool were awesome in the heat.

Visiting Milan - this hotel is a perfect choice, do not miss out!
Pros:

Safe underground car park, great location - really nice restaurants nearby, also supermarkets. Local metro was 10 minutes walk then €2.20 into centre of Milan in 10 minutes (ticket valid for 90 minutes travel).
Staff were brilliant from arriving really early we were able to check in to every encounter we were met with a warm and comfortable smile and greeting. The ladies at breakfast were funny, genuine and made it a pleasure to be there.
Overall we would highly recommend this hotel for the staff, location, facilities - everything really!

Pros:

Abbiamo avuto un problema con la serratura della camera, ma il personale è stato efficiente e gentile e abbiamo subito risolto.
L'erogatore di acqua fresca in corridoio è stato una comodità pazzesca!
Abbiamo raggiunto facilmente lo stadio di San Siro con i mezzi pubblici.
