Nice location, good potential, poor management, poor customer service
Pros:

The location is good, the hotel room size is very good, parking underground is super nice.

Cons:

They didn’t clean my room thru out the duration of my stay almost a week every day I ask them to clean the room and they never did and the front desk was like not much we can do about it, they didn’t even offer any kind of payback or a discount for the poor service.

Had no conditioner in the bathroom when showering Went down for breakfast at 9:10 they had no eggs batter nor sausages got hotel because they had breakfast included to save money but at the end had to go eat out was very mad

Great hotel, great stay, except..... A worker who prepares breakfast didn't show, didn't call. So no breakfast. Very disappointing. A few people that have been staying there said this was not the first day they had a no show for breakfast preparations. To their credit, the general manager was on his way to prepare breakfast. And I'm sure they will replace the no-show worker. Unfortunately I had to get to work so no breakfast for me. I will still give them another chance but they need to hire better. The front clerk was great.

Pros:

Spacious, clean rooms with comfy beds and a great layout. Friendly, helpful staff made the stay even better. The free breakfast had plenty of options and was well stocked. Convenient location near shopping, dining, and freeway access. One of the best stays in the area—highly recommend!
