Very noisy room that prevented me from sleeping well
Pros:

Size of the room was OK

Cons:

The room was very noisy, apparently because of a probleme of the blind / window, that meant I slept reallt badly. When I checked out, the employee at reception mentioned they knew about it, but hadn't fixed it.

Pros:

Staff greeted us with great hospitality, ttied to accommodate us with a room for easy access to the elavator and even initiated asking if we would like to try and keep the same room since we had 2 reservations.

Cons:

The refrigerator was a bit too small to even fit some leftover chicken in a bucket. And it didnt keep even water very cold. Could definitely use just a very dim light near the floors to see where you are going instead of having to turn on a whole half room of lights.

Pros:

I enjoyed the breakfast, was very pleased that they switched it up every day. The water is the pool was cold; wish it was heated. The gym was fabulous. I also enjoyed being able to do a little work which I was on vacation. I just love the separation from bed to office.

Cons:

When I arrived, I had to use my credit card to place a 100.00-dollar accidental fee. Apparently, something went wrong, and it did not go through. The phone number they had for me was not correct, so they lock me out my room to force me to go downstair to see why my key card was not working. I was embarrassed this was done in front of my child. If the front desk could not get me via phone, then a note could have been placed on the door. It wasn't my fault that the person who check me in did not collect the accidental fee, but he made me feel like I was trying to get away with something. I have stayed at this hotel for the last 3 years and this had me thinking that this will be my last.

I would plan to return to this hotel if im in the area another time.
Pros:

Customer service was great. The room was clean and comfortable to sleep in.

Cons:

I didn’t like that there was not a microwave or a fridge in the room. Breakfast was great, except there were no pancakes or waffles, that was the only thing missing.
