The cocktail making was phenomenal - I must recommend the experience at M29, not only because of the hospitality but also because it was just an amazing culinary experience overall. Really, really recommend visiting M29 if not anything else at Fairmont Ambassador Seoul!!
This hotel is a luxury experience in the heart of Seoul. So convenient as it is connected to The Hyundai department store. On 5th floor you can access a wonderful buffet with a range of cuisines, highlights were the pecking duck and authentic Korean side dishes. Very clean kitchen and elevated atmosphere. The staff even offer a takeaway coffee before you leave the buffet. Thank you Derek for the kind and attentive service!

extremely over priced, you can have one third of the price for this quality of the room in many other places.
Excellent hotel with large rooms, sumptuous beds, outstanding service in a warm and friendly manner. We have visited the Spectrum restaurant several times due to high quality, delicious food and impeccable service from Phil. Absolutely recommend this hotel and restaurant within easy reach of all areas of the city for guests and visitors alike.

The customer service was really good. Dian was very thoughtful during my check-in and allowed me to have early check-in when a room was available.
The comfortable was a bit thick such that it becomes hot after a while if going underneath it. But removing it will be too cold
