The atmosphere
The room was much more modern than I was expecting for the price. Super comfy beds. Lovely bathroom with nice shower. Great location. There was a big car park next door, which was very easy.

We had a issue with trying to get the AC to work and had to ask a number of times. Then we got it working our self
The hotel employs excellent staff members. They are courteous, polite and friendly. My room was clean and smelled fresh. It was spacious and well appointed. All hooks, towel racks and soap holders were securely fastened to the walls.

Nothing everything was great
The room was lovely. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was beautiful. It’s close to Eastland shopping centre for restaurants, movie theatres and shopping. The balcony was nice to have.
The lighting was terrible. I couldn’t work at the table/ desk at night because it was too dark and I had to use the ironing board as a desk so I could see.
There was only 1 chair for the table. There was a ‘sofa’ listed as being in the room but there was only 1 armchair.
The ‘wardrobe’ was just a hanging rack and 2 drawers beside the bed.
The Trainline behind wasn’t very noisy but it was noticeable, especially in the early mornings.
