Comfortable, quiet and flash

Stylish, modern, and impeccably clean. The room felt cosy and comfortable, making it easy to relax. The bathroom was spacious, with plenty of room to spread out belongings and get ready efficiently. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. The coffee machine and milk frother were simple to use, which made it easy to enjoy a coffee in the room before breakfast. Breakfast was fresh, well stocked, and tasty—overall a very enjoyable stay.
Parking was an additional cost, which would have been preferable to have included. The bathroom also had only one bathmat, which became soaked quickly as water ran out of the shower. When I contacted reception to request another towel, I was unable to get through—despite calling multiple times between approximately 4:00pm and 6:30pm, including the external hotel number.
Very handy to all shopping and services
Tables not properly wiped. Manager said he would come to fix lighting issue. He never appeared. When we checked out he told us the outstanding amount which was OK but when I asked for a print of the items he seemed amazed. Before we pay a bill we like to know how it is itemised.
All up, the hotel is about 7 out of 10

We stayed in a two bedroom suite and it had everything we needed. The rooms and finishes were premium, modern, clean and tidy. Could not fault. Check in was friendly and quick. Will be happy to book again.
Very clean and comfortable. Staff were very professional, pleasant and helpful.
The rooms weren't sound proof. So we could hear people outside in hall quite late at night.
Car parks were a little tight.
Clean, modern and well priced. It was my second time staying and both times have been great. It has always been a stop over stay and the location has been great. Plenty of shops close by. No room service menu but I got dessert one night with no drama. Uber eats available and also a restaurant on site. I haven't used any of the facilities. Parking on-site is a tight fit but handy.
Being on the train line the views weren't great. That is the only real downside for me (and minor!)

Would’ve loved a toaster in our room!! We had bread for breakfast instead!
We didnt have breakfast but had dinner at Ribs and Rumps which was good.
That housekeeping could have been better . Dust was seen on the bathroom accessories .
Location is excellent for our needs. Also ease of access to the hotel and car park.
Our request was for parking not a quieter room as prompted. The room was fairly quiet with some noise from trains but not excessively noisy.
No tea towel, we used dishes but couldn't wash or dry them properly.
Modern and clean
Sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable. Housekeeping could have been more tidy.
Maybe a complimentary bottle of waters in room as the other hotels.
The air conditioning did not work, but it was fixed on our last night. Still a great stay
