Cons:

Взяли за парковку 15$ в день, хотя в Booking.com в ответах на вопросы написано, что для тех, кто живет в отеле, цена 10$. На ресепшене сказали, что это старая цена. Тогда удалите информацию! И у вас по телевизору тоже показывают, что цена 10$. И плохо, что посуду надо мыть в туалете.

Pros:

As always my go to accommodation while visiting my daughter, staff are so friendly and helpful always willing to go the extra mile.
Beds are so comfortable, rooms spacious location amazing for shopping and access to public transportation.

Cons:

Sadly out room seemed to he the only room without a table and chairs for our balcony, even when we asked staff about this nothing was done about it.

Had an enjoyable stay, suited our weekend needs.
Pros:

Great location for our needs, friendly staff.
Inquired about a toaster and had one delivered to our room, asked if they had any firmer pillows after night one and came back in the afternoon to 2 firm pillows.
Rooms spacious and clean. Curtains that actually cover the windows …. Well done. And basically soundproof from train and traffic noises
Eastland across road if shopping is your thing and Ringwood train station opposite eastland, perfect
location 😊

Payment issues.

Nothing. Trains are noisy.

Cons:

The fact that the staff accused me of non payment when I clearly showed evidence of credit card payment. Staff then attempted an unauthorised transaction then attempted a further transaction through booking.com There is no way to speak to booking.com via phone and the app just goes around in circles.
I am sure Rydges at Ringwood will reply with some nonsense but hey. If your merchant portal doesn’t work it’s not my problem and btw I don’t care about your policies. Don’t accuse me of being a scammer

Stay was amazing so clean beds were so comfortable eventhough near a train line did not hear anything ! Restaurant onsite was amazeballs no need to leave the place

Nice room but I couldn't sleep.

Spacious, good views.

Cons:

I couldn't sleep at night due to roof creaking sounds just outside the bedroom and also coming from the loungeroom. I was on the top level. They were loud noises- normally associated with building temperature changes. It would startle me and I couldn't relax. I ended up checking out just before midnight and going home. This was a planned night away from home. Disappointing.
It was also very stuffy. I didn't like the air con on.
No balcony, only a bedroom window that opened 5 inches or so.
