Pros:

Staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself could do with a little tlc especially the bedrooms. Some of the facilities were closed.

The property is ideally located at the base of revered Girnar. It was refurbished 3 years ago. The food can be improved upon.

Floors in the room and public places could be better maintained for the cost charged. 2nd floor by elevators has safety issue.

Pros:

Amazing service and very attentive staff. The food has been delicious all the 3 days we have stayed at the hotel. Our entire family of 15 was happy with the service and food. We ordered dishes from the gujrati, oriental and many other pages of the menu, all were great. No complaints.
