Holiday Inn Express and Suites Griffin by IHG

The breakfast had the usual fare of bacon, sausage, eggs, biscuits, cereal, waffles and breads. It was hot and they kept everything filled. The hotel was very clean, as was the room. Smelled fresh and clean throughout.

Excellent front desk staff, easy check in. Great coffee and cookies in the lobby. Breakfast was super and the room was really good, clean, nice shower.

Parking was easily available and accessible, room was spotless, and front desk staff were fast and friendly! Holiday Inn Express always has the MOST comfortable bed and pillows ever. Pretty sure we sleep better here than we do at home! We had to make this reservation only a few hours before our stay due to a death in the family. We were so happy they had a room available and at a great rate!

First time staying at this property, really enjoyable experience. The room and areas were very clean and presentable. Staff personnel were professional yet friendly. Great stay!

Excellent property, Breakfast exceeded my expectations.

The best part of the stay was the night desk clerk on Saturday and Sunday. He was so nice to our elderly aunt it totally made her trip. Thank you and I just wish I had gotten your name. He also helped me with the computer in the business center.

Quiet, safe and they put me in a room where I could see my cargo.

The hotel was clean and the staff were incredibly accommodating. The hotel is next to a shopping center which was really convenient. If we go back to Griffin, we will definitely choose this hotel again.

It was clean and quiet

We got locked out of our room because of a malfunctioning door clamp. It took the hotel staff about 15 minutes to get in. They didn't give us any discounts or consideration.

Bed was amazingly comfortable the beds are just like sleeping in clouds the only thing i did not like is that when i asked a staff that was cleaning the floors in the lobby if he could get some more coffee creamer he said no you are okay we dont have anymore. I was like ???? Okay that was rude lol but other than that everything was amazing great

Everything was excellent I didnt want to leave, bed was absolutely comfortable, sheets were amazingly comfy, food was very good and perfect variety breakfast, staff was absolutely amazing surpassingly great cs and the best of all the showerhead function was amazing it came out so sooting and calm made me feel like at a spa it was the best showerhead in the world lol i swear and the view was amazing

I didn't get the chance to stay and the hotel was never honest about refunding my cancellation.
