Ne ponovilo se.
Cons:

Udubljeni madraci. Nemogucnost zamjene, novije nemaju.
Polukrvava riba za rucak.
Otisla nakon 3 noci.
Da sam znala da nemaju madrac za zamjenu, otisla bih nakon prve.
Hotel ne zasluzuje 5 zvjezdica ukoliko ne moze voditi brigu bar o tome da se gost naspava.

Wir schätzen die Lage des Hotels, da es sich auf unserer Durchreise Route befindet. Wir hatten für drei Nächte ein "Zimmer mit Kingsize-Bett, Balkon und Meerblick" Das Zimmer ist komfortabel. Auch die Ausstattung ist Zimmern gut. Das Zimmer ist sauber. Jeden Tag wird das Zimmer frisch gemacht und es wird Kaffee und Wasser zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Klimaanlage läuft im Zimmer einwandfrei. Auch die Aussicht auf das Meer ist super. Es hat einen tollen Aussenpool mit super Aussicht. Sowohl am Strand wie auch am Pool stehen genügend Liegen und Sonnenschirme zur Verfügung. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es werden täglich frische Strandtücher zur Verfügung gestellt. In der Villoresi Pizzeria sind die Pizzen sehr lecker. Das Buffet bietet für jeden Geschmack etwas.

Cons:

Private Parkplätze stehen an der Unterkunft zur Verfügung und kosten jedoch € 35 pro Tag, was total überteuert ist. Beim Frühstücksbuffet stehen Kaffee, Wasser und Fruchtgetränke zur Verfügung. Beim Abendbuffet zahlt man für Wasser oder sonstige Getränke extra.

Wir schätzen die Lage des Hotels, da es sich auf unserer Durchreise Route befindet. Es ist unser zweiter Besuch. Wir hatten drei Nächte eine "Villa-Apartment mit 1 Schlafzimmer und Kingsize-Bett - zur Strandseite" und drei Nächte eine "Suite mit Balkon und Meerblick" Die Zimmer sind komfortabel. Auch die Ausstattung in den Zimmern ist gut. Die Zimmer sind sauber. Jeden Tag wird das Zimmer frisch gemacht und es wird Kaffee und Wasser zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Klimaanlage läuft in den Zimmern einwandfrei. Auch die Aussicht auf das Meer ist super. Es hat einen tollen Aussenpool mit super Aussicht. Sowohl am Strand wie auch am Pool stehen genügend Liegen und Sonnenschirme zur Verfügung. Das Personal ist immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es werden täglich frische Strandtücher zur Verfügung gestellt. In der Villoresi Pizzeria sind die Pizzen sehr zu empfehlen. Auch das Buffet hat für jeden Geschmack etwas zu bieten. Bei Regen hat es einen tollen Innenbereich sowie ein tolles Fitness für diejenigen, die neben der Erholung Sport benötigen. In der Lobby riecht es immer angenehm und die Toiletten sind immer sehr sauber!

Cons:

Es stehen private Parkplätze an der Unterkunft zur Verfügung und kosten jedoch € 35 pro Tag, was total überteuert ist. In vielen Grossstädten ist das Parkieren in den Bahnhofparkhäusern günstiger. Ein Pauschalgebühr von € 35 bis € 50 während des Gesamtaufenthalts ist ok, alles darüber ist unverschämt! Beim Frühstücksbuffet steht Kaffee, Wasser und Fruchtgetränke zur Verfügung. Beim Abendbuffet zahlt man für das Wasser oder sonstige Getränke extra. Wir haben an diversen Destinationen in den 4 und 5 Sterne Hotels erlebt, dass beim Abendbuffet das Wasser und Fruchtsäfte im Pauschalangebot zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Auch die Parkplätze für Autos / Mietautos werden vielerorts kostenlos von den Hotels angeboten. In vielen Hotels stehen in der Regel zu wenig Kleiderbügel und Haken zur Verfügung, das ist auch in diesem Hotel so, wer zusätzlich Kleiderbügel benötigt, muss dies beim Personal verlangen. Wir finden es extrem unangenehm, dass das Hotel Haustiere zulässt. Besonders störend ist, dass die Hunde auch am Buffet und am Strand geduldet werden.
