Cons:

We had a problem with wet towels, they didn’t change it , even after we ask to change them , our sink was stuck, they didn’t clean the room , on third day they brought us the towels after we borrowed some from spa , bottles for hand washing and losion was empty, also on last day of our stay after we ask they emptied garbage can , no refills for coffee or water , very sad

Great short stay at a great hotel, would recommend it to anyone seeking a high-end hotel in Rijeka
Pros:

The Hilton Hotel is really something to admire, the location and the view of the Kvarner bay is breathtaking. Rooms and all of the facilities were clean. Staff friendly and ready to help. In our apartment there was even an ironing board with an iron. The apartment comes with two big screen TV's and there is a welcome coffee and water on the house.
The SPA area is really nice and offers a whole range of different saunas. There is only one jacuzzi - shame because i am sure that additional one would be used as well
The gym and gym equipment is state of the art, latest models from TechnoGym and the whole gym has good lightning and very nice view to the small promenade area in front. Food in the restaurant was great, both for buffet dinner and breakfast.

Cons:

Couple of minor things which need to be taken as improvement suggestions:
- the indoor pool's water is on the colder side. I am not sure if we are just used to warm water in SPAs, but this water temperature is definitively not for kids.
- tried calling the reception from our apartment couple of times, and then after two hours - it was always busy.
- In the gym, if there is no personnel, you cannot take a protein/electrolyte drink because the fridges (two of them) are locked. Why not make a electronic lock to which you hold your room card to and it opens and books the price of the drink directly on the card? I managed to obtain my drink only after showing a security guy on the camera what I wanted because the phone, on which I called - he could not hear me, I could hear him but not the other way around.
- During dinner, a female foreign worker approached us and started talking English with us although we are Croatians. I know that this is an international hotel, and we have no problem with talking English, but it feels kind of inappropriate to be talking English in my own country. She didn't even bother to try to say hello in our language - this needs to change.

Mi e piaciuto molto la palestra dove erano presenti eccezionali attrezzi per qualsiasi tipologia di allenamento,la camera ampia e con tutte le comodità

Sehr gutes Frühstück. Sehr guter Service. Essen/Dinner ok aber nicht 5 Sterne-Niveau.

Cons:

Das Essen könnte besser sein, alles sehr mild gewürzt. Es ist nicht schlecht, aber es geht in dieser Kategorie besser.

Hotel je moderan, čist i jako lijepo uređen.

Cons:

Dio osoblja je neuslužan, npr. u baru smo morale ići do konobarice jer nas nije došla uslužiti iako je znala da sjedimo u vanjskom dijelu bara, zatim su nas iste čudno gledale, nismo mogle ne primijetiti poglede na sebi, zbog čega smo se osjećale nelagodno, dok je osoblje na recepciji jako pristojno i ugodno. Također, osoblje u spa centru nas je očigledno krenulo tjerati u 21.40 iz centra, iako nam ne rečeno da isti radi do 22:00.
