Pros:

Excellent location.
We were a family of five (kids 17, 14, 12) and the place suited us very well.
Place was clean, kitchen is well equipped.

Cons:

Parking near the place is extremely expansive, use parking apps to mitigate that.
We parked using apps and used bus or walked to get everywhere

דירה נחמדה ויפה מיקום מרכזי אבל הדירה נמצאת קומה חמישית המעלית לא עבדה הינו צריכות לרדת ולעלות במדרגות היה מאוד קשה, הדלת לבית עם קוד שלא עבד אז נתקענו בחוץ

הדירה נחמדה.

Cons:

נוף מהחלון לאתר בנייה. לא היו וונטות בחדרי האמבטיה והשירותים גם לא היה רשת בחלונות כדי לאוורר היה אפשר לפתוח חלון עם סיכון שיכנסו תיקנים וכו׳.. לא הייתה כספת. היינו בשבת וכשומרי שבת לא ממליצה בכלל לשומרי שבת לשהות בדירה הזאת. ביום חול נחמד, בשבת ממש לא. הכל חשמלי יש אינטרקום בכניסה לבניין הכניסה רק עם קוד גם ביציאה מהבניין רק עם לחיצה על כפתור חשמלי. גם כשביקשתי פיתרון לפני שבת אמרו לי שמנתקים את זה בשבת מה שלא קרה בפועל. אני מבינה את הצורך בשמירה על הבניין אבל צריכים למצוא פיתרון לשומרי שבת כמו מפתח שיכולים להשתמש בו במקום. זה הקשה עליו מאוד את השהות. וגם בדירה למרות שנתנו לי מפתח היתה נעילה חשמלית לדלת. בקיצור לשומרי שבת שחשוב להם העניין הזה לא מומלץ.

Lage toll, grundsätzlich eine gute Wohnung, wenn sauberer und ohne Baulärm
Pros:

Lage war super! Vor unseren Zimmer war direkt eine Baustelle - das heisst, die Fenster konnten nicht geöffnet werden, der Balkon nicht benutzt werden. Von den Vermietern kam keine Reaktion, sie wussten nicht einmal, dass eine Baustelle vor der Haustür war. Das Frühstück der Vormieter war noch auf dem Boden ersichtlich. Klimaanlage sehr staubig. Body-wash nicht vorhanden.

Cons:

Es war mittelmässig sauber. Die Baustelle wäre grundsätzlich kein Problem gewesen, wenn die Information geflossen wären. Preisreduktion wäre ein Muss, aber plötzlich wurde auf die Anfragen nicht mehr reagiert.

Полностью соответствует описанию и фотографиям. Отличная локация, позволяющая добираться до всех интересных мест пешком. Очень уютно и вместе с тем открыто и атмосферно. Оперативное взаимодействие с арендодателем.
