If we ever have a need or desire to stay in that part of Phoenix, AZ, we’d definitely stay there again.
Pros:

The property was clean, modern & well-maintained. The outdoor patio area was uniquely decorated. The parking ramp was very close to the hotel. Check-in was straightforward and easy. The entire place was very quiet. Every hotel worker we came in contact with was polite, courteous & professional.

Cons:

The room was so modern there was no artwork anywhere in the room. No coffee or coffee pot. No clock radio/alarm.

Great location, but lacking
Pros:

Great location. Lobby smelled great. They had lavender satchels available for the guests. The rooms were stylish.

Cons:

There was hair that did not belong to me in the shower and on the towels. The shower drain was taken apart and the caulking of the shower leaked all over the floor. That is a hazard.

Even with minor issues with bathroom, we enjoyed our stay here & would stay again & again.

I love the location & how close it is to many interesting places.

Pros:

Excellent hotel, clean, great lobby with lots of spots to relax, nice rooms and bathrooms, right next to the Sheraton for my convention, and the outdoor shopping center behind is convenient with food/restaurants.
