Breakfast: One of the best breakfast buffets I’ve ever had in the USA. Very European style with high-quality cheese and freshly sliced prosciutto.
Restaurant: Delicious food and friendly service.
Parking: Located in the parking garage directly next to the hotel. Important: Parking is managed by a third party, not the hotel. Keep your entry ticket!

The team bends over backwards to ensure you have exactly what you want. The food is of great quality and there are plenty of options to choose from!
Rooms were perfect but the service was outstanding specially from the AC kitchen. Special shot out to:

Conveniently located in the middle of everything.
Restaurants, convention center, sports facilities and theaters.
I enjoyed the farmers market which happens outside the hotel every Saturday morning. It has affordable breakfast options and fresh fruits.
I had the most amazing experience at breakfast with the serves ( especially Matthias) they were timely, kind, and took the best care of myself.

The property was clean, modern & well-maintained. The outdoor patio area was uniquely decorated. The parking ramp was very close to the hotel. Check-in was straightforward and easy. The entire place was very quiet. Every hotel worker we came in contact with was polite, courteous & professional.
The room was so modern there was no artwork anywhere in the room. No coffee or coffee pot. No clock radio/alarm.
Great location. Lobby smelled great. They had lavender satchels available for the guests. The rooms were stylish.
There was hair that did not belong to me in the shower and on the towels. The shower drain was taken apart and the caulking of the shower leaked all over the floor. That is a hazard.
Matthias and Theresa who ran breakfast every morning were absolutely the best! Every morning greeting us cheerfully and serving us breakfast. Actually , the whole staff (front desk, cleaning crew) at the AC is what makes this place special .
