Stay was ruined by this experience and I hope I never experience it again.

The location was perfect for my work conference at the Sheraton.

Cons:

I had the most terrifying experience at this location. I am a survivor of an attempted abduction. On my 3rd day at the hotel I was attempting to leave my room and a man was there with a box plugged into my door. I open the door and he got scared and dropped everything. He stated he was reprogramming the door. I asked why I was not notified and he just walked away. I spoke to the front desk who stated that he should not have been at my door without me being notified. I was assured that management would reach out to me and now I’m back home and still have not heard anything back. I was so scared for the rest of my stay I had to sleep with the light on. I visit Marriot properties often and never had an experience like this.

Pros:

Excellent hotel, clean, great lobby with lots of spots to relax, nice rooms and bathrooms, right next to the Sheraton for my convention, and the outdoor shopping center behind is convenient with food/restaurants.
