Sehr schöner Aufenthalt!
Pros:

Die Lage und Aussicht des Hotels sind wirklich Top!!! Das Personal ist wirklich bemüht! Es gibt ein wirklich tolles Frühstück. Auch das Abendessen (Buffet) war gut (16 € pro Person).

Pros:

Struttura bellissima, camera fronte mare con vista pazzesca e molto spaziosa.
Colazione eccellente con grande varietà sia di dolce che salato. Bella l'idea delle cene a tema.
Personale reception e sala dining molto discreto ,attento e professionale.
Ci torneremo.
Piacevole il drink di benvenuto

Unico aspetto migliorabile, essendo un 4 stelle i prodotti presenti in camera: c'era solo shampoo e balsamo.

Pros:

La plage à côté, le petit déj varié .. l'emplacement et la superficie des suites un bon deal en famille !

Les femmes de ménage sont rentrées dans ma chambre quand j'ai demandé de revenir plus tard, elles m'ont dit non on a fini notre shift et ont littéralement mis 15 min pour nettoyer la chambre car j'étais là ... le tout dans un bruit extrème moi qui voulait me reposer , et ensuite la personne un peu agé à l'accueil lui faut un petit refresh en matière de relation client car très brute à notre gout nous a parlé en mode donneuse de leçon comme si on était ses enfants et j'ai également pris un gars dans le service petit dej qui déplaçait les tasses de café avec les doigts dedans je me suis pas retenue de lui faire la remarque peut etre aussi un petit refresh d'hygiène !

We hebben een klacht gemeld; de greep van onze schuifpui was defect. Hier werd niet op gereageerd. Het geeft een erg oncomfortabel gevoel om te weten dat iedereen van buiten je kamer in kan.

Wir kommen wieder!
Pros:

Ich war zum zweiten mal dort!
Der Ausblick auf die Bucht und die Anordnung der Suiten sind grossartig.
Auch die unterschiedlichen Ebenen der Pools sind top.
Die Anlage ist sehr sauber und gepflegt.
Das Frühstücks- und Buffet am Abend sind reichhaltig und lecker,es ist für jeden etwas dabei.

Besonders loben möchte ich das Barpersonal!
Die Crew war IMMER sehr freundlich und haben gute Laune verbreitet,zudem haben sie echt gute Drinks zubereitet.

Cons:

Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen,haben aber trotzdem ein- zwei Punkte die verbessert werden könnten.
Leider gab es einige Gäste die früh morgens bereits die guten Liegen mit Handtücher reserviert haben!
Die meisten sind dann erstmal frühstücken gegangen oder waren schwimmen im Meer.
Es gab kaum eine Chance dort einen Platz zu ergattern. Für uns käme das normalerweise überhaupt nicht in Frage,aber um eine Liege zu bekommen,musste man gleiches tun.
Es wäre schön,wenn das Personal darauf ein Auge hätte.
Abends am Buffet musste man oft „Schlange“ stehen,vielleicht kann man durch eine andere Anordnung mehr Platz schaffen.
Ansonsten sind wir total happy mit dem Urlaub,wir haben das bekommen was wir wollten und werden wieder kommen!

Das einige Urlauber die Liegen mit Handtücher reserviert haben und dann zum Frühstück oder sogar erst zum Strand gegangen sind.

Bad and worn out facility. Can't be perceived to be more than a 2 star hotel. Sewer smell, outdated!
Pros:

Hotel lobby looks decent. Reception staff are friendly until you have a complaint. There are enough sun beds around the pools. Spacious rooms. Friendly cleaners.

Cons:

The hotel simply can't or shouldn't be rated as a 4 star hotel. Maybe a 2 star, at best..!
Worn out facilities. The rooms in the pictures and presentation from the hotel doesn't match reality at all. Beds are terrible. Outdated and old furniture. Outdoor balcony looks like it hasn't been cleaned or painted in 50 years. In our room we had a terrible sewer smell which made us complain. The hotel first sent a cleaner to our room, who told us that this is "normal for Mallorca". After this, the hotel simply didn't acknowledge or action anything at all. We asked for a new room, which they wouldn't provide. This hotel is a simply a worn out tourist machine from the early 80s, mainly for German tourists. Since the smell and bad facilities were totally unacceptable, we just left the hotel after 1 night, even though we had booked it and paid for 3 nights. It simply wasn't worth to ruin the vacation by staying in this horrible place. This hotel is a sad example for Mallorca and proves that you simply can't trust the pictures and presentation from this hotel. It was a horrific experience to stay there and we advise any visitors to stay away and book somewhere else.

Pros:

Incroyable séjour! L’hôtel est propre avec une magnifique vue, la chambre grande et la nourriture plutôt bonne. Merci au personnel également très serviable. Nous avons pu visiter l’île et les alentours étaient pour nous la plus belle partie de Majorque. La balade vers la Cala Agulla à couper le souffle. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter au Parque Nereida pour notre prochain séjour à Majorque.

Cons:

Petit bémol pour les boissons payantes lors du dîner (pas tant sur le prix mais il faut attendre d’être servi etc. ce qui peut arriver quand vous avez bien entamé votre repas)

Natürlich kommen wir wieder.
Pros:

Das Wort STRESS ist dem Personal fremd, alle sehr Höflich ,sehr hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück abwechslungsreich und sehr gut, beim Abendessen gab es jeden Tag ein neues Motto, heute Italienisch morgen Mexikanisch und usw. für jeden was dabei, einfach nur lecker. Es war eine tolle Zeit im Hotel Parque Nereida

Cons:

Das einzige negative war,wir hätten für zwei Wochen buchen sollen.
