Pros:

Clean and modern. Staff were nice. Coffee machine in the morning was very good. The location was nice and quiet when we stayed in late January. Parking was easy.

素晴らしい施設でした！
Pros:

①スタッフの方の対応がとても丁寧。
周辺の観光スポットをピックアップした用紙や、温泉の割引券も頂けたのは嬉しいポイントでした。
②ロビーに無料の飲料有ります。
24時間自由に飲めるコーヒー、カフェオレ、白湯等々、割り箸やお味噌汁のもともありました。ロビーに電子レンジ、ゆっくりご飯を食べられるスペースもあるのでロビーでのんびり食べられます。
③部屋がオシャレ。使い捨てのスリッパ有り。
部屋が広いし、床がフローリングなので清潔感がある。シャワー室とトイレが別々なのも◎。冷蔵庫も完備。出入り口と寝室を引き戸で仕切れる。防音性高め。

Cons:

全体的には大満足。でも気になる点をピックアップ。
①蛇口、浴槽無し。
個人的には無くても全然問題ありませんでした。でも浴槽に浸かりたい人は注意。シャワーヘッドは2パターン切り替え。自由に使えるタイプと、上から落ちてくるタイプ。扉はガラス張り。
②鏡台無し。
洗面台に大きな鏡があるけれど座って見られる鏡台はありません。座って化粧をする人は不便かも？
③ベッドの高さ有り。マットの硬さは柔らかめ。
キングサイズのベッドだったのですが、通常の2倍くらいの高さがあるので横になるのがちょっと大変かも？マットの硬さはかなり柔らかめ、枕は2種類の硬さがありますが大きいめなので苦手な人は注意。

Enjoyable stay close to Honda Museum.
Pros:

Quiet. Clean. Easy to park. Close to 7 Eleven store. Front desk helpful for restaurant recommendation.

Great price and room.
Pros:

Big, clean and well equipped room. Price is reasonable too. 7-Eleven across the road. A food plaza across the other road with a supermarket too. Most eateries are closed on Monday.

Cons:

No in house restaurant, but a mini food koisk is available.

Comfortable, clean and quiet place to stay
Pros:

We had stayed in a similar hote in Nikko and enjoyed our stay. It is very quiet and the rooms are spacious with comfortable beds. There are machines for snacks but no restaurants. You can get a breakfast box which was very tasty. The staff were helpful .

Cons:

The restaurants across the street in a small mall all closed by 5pm. However, as we had a car we were able to go into Motegi.

Pros:

The hotel is 20-40 min drive from Mashiko, Kasama and some onsens. the lobby is beautiful and great books and urushi art are displayed. I wish there were nice places to have dinner after 20:30 but that's part of spending time in the countryside.

Cons:

there are only hooks you can use for hanging clothes .
