Pros:

The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean as were common spaces. We took advantage of the pool and hot tub (again clean). We brought our 60lb pit mix dog and had zero issues. For those with low vision, the lobby, hallways, elevators were all very well lit. The breakfast buffet was fully stocked with a wide variety of options (and, you guessed it, very clean!). Lastly, and most importantly, there were no weird smells in the room, hallways, lobby, etc. Overall an excellent place to stay!

Pros:

I would have given it 5 stars if the TV worked properly. Every time I tried changing the channel the screen would go black and I had to reboot it. Fortunately the guy front desk told me what needed to be done but I shouldn’t have had to do it repeatedly. Otherwise it was a good stay, I’ve stayed here with my grandkids a few times. Breakfast is great!

Pros:

We had a great stay! The hotel is new and clean. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. Our room was perfect and the beds were comfortable. The only trouble we had was that the bathroom door latch wasn’t aligned properly so the door could not be fully shut. But otherwise the rest of the stay was great!
