I would pay extra for a hotel room.
Cons:

They do not do housekeeping every week as promised. I had to wash my sheets and clean the room. They are very hard to find on the property and are rarely in the office.

Walking up to flights of stairs, they need to put an elevator in.It's very hard.When you have a lot of stuff, when you're staying there for a while to carry up two flights of stairs

A wet stay.
Pros:

The location is great. I like having a full kitchen.

Cons:

The room was very wet. The floor was sticky with condensation and the wash cloth I used the first day of a 7 night stay never dried. Still wet on day 7. Also, the TV in the bedroom did not work. The front seat person was so inadequately trained I didn’t even mention it to them. I knew they could t deal with the problems. I won’t stay there again.

I chose this hotel after having stayed here in 2024 and I liked it so I booked again. I was in room 107 and was very disappointed in how quickly it has gone downhill. The floors were dirty, the front of the stove was dirty, the base of a floor lamp was very dirty, there was patching compound on the walls of the living room and bathroom where a towel rack was missing. Crack in the bathtub as well.
The office had a marijuana smell when I dropped off paperwork. Very noisy at night with loud families nearby. It seems as though no one at the property even looked at the room to check and see if it was ready to have a guest stay in it.
