Pros:

Der junge Mann am Empfang war sehr hilfsbereit, als unser Tresor plötzlich nicht funktionierte. Auch die Reinigungskräfte waren sehr nett. Ein gutes Frühstücksbuffet, das Zimmer war sauber und die Betten wirklich bequem.

Cons:

Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut, es hätte eine Ablage für das schmutzige Geschirr geben können und das Frühstückspersonal hätte schon mal von allein nachfüllen können (Kaffeemaschine, Joghurt, Butter usw.)
Leider konnte man nicht mit offenem Fenster schlafen, da die Straßengeräusche einfach zu laut waren.

Hosting parents who came to visit the rest of the family
Pros:

PARKING: inner open air courtyard, which has a section under the roof and one behind a "gate" bar, this one is for a price, but it's basically the same area.
CHECK-IN: super easy and quick. The hotel sends you messages to do it online in advance, but unfortunately booking.com removes all their links.
STAFF: young, nice and friendly.
WIFI/VPN: work, login page and then it's stable.
SIZE: appropriate, not huge, but large enough for multiple days.
STYLE: modern, minimalist, straight, but with some character in details like small decorations, the yellow sink and quite luminous.
POWER WHEN YOU LEAVE: goes down.
CLEAN: very much indeed!
BATHROOM: walk in shower, ok. Not big not small.
QUIET: beside the inner parking space, yes. The whole area is very calm and quite usually.
LOCATION: close to tram 3 that goes to downtown. The stops is 4 mins walking away. Around: university campus and other residential buildings, not much to see or do.
SERVICES AROUND: a supermarket and a bakery that also gives breakfast within the same building of the hotel. Quite okay if you want to stay for long and opt for the small apartment. Everything else you need, you gotta drive.
VALUE FOR THE MONEY: quite good, considering how clean and how calm and safe the area is.
RESTAURANT IN WALKING DISTANCE: walking 10 minutes at least or at the next tram stop, there are kebab, german/student restaurant, a take-away pizzeria, a proper italian restaurant and few other services.

Cons:

ALL GOOD, but of course the location is not exactly near the city center, despite its price, so if you come as tourist you have to take public transport or drive for everyting. Although Augsburg is small and none of them take long.

Pros:

Het ontbijt was top. De kamer was zeer ruim en mooi. De tram verbinding naar Augsburg was zeer praktisch. Mooie stad.
