Cons:

hatten Studio, Reinigung kaum vorhanden, Kaffeemaschine nur Zierde weil keine Kapaeln, Küche hatte keine Gläser, etc. etc... der Preis ist NICHT gerechtfertigt. Ach ja... Sonntags kein Gastrobetrieb, aber man kann um 5 Euro ein Getränk aus dem Regal kaufen. Das war alles sehr enttäuschend.

Die Lage in der Nähe der WWK Arena, aber Hotel im Gewerbekomplex nicht mal richtig ausgeschildert. Nachts sehr laut.

Cons:

Für das frühere Einchecken (bei Fußballfans mit 15:30 Spiel der Regelfall,) kostete 20 Euro mehr. So geht Service nicht.
Die Ausstattung sehr spartanisch. Nicht mal Wasser auf dem Zimmer. Preis-Leistung stimmt nicht.

Comfortable room at a good price
Pros:

Nice hotel near the University of Augsburg. The beds are comfortable, rooms were clean, and the wifi works well. Overall this is a decent hotel that does everything it set out to do. The staff were helpful and bilingual, which was very nice.

Cons:

The hotel was a little tricky to find when I was there because of renovations but that is a temporary issue and there was clear signage directing you to an alternative way into the building. The decorations in the room are a little weird (I stayed in a monkey themed room) but nothing that really detracted. Overall, this was a comfortable room at a good price in a convenient location. Would definitely stay here again.
