Beach vibe with a charm of old history to set your time in Old Orchard right
Pros:

Breakfast was not served and I stayed at the Ocean House. I was very wowed. The architecture and style was amazing. I learned it was the oldest hotel in Old Orchard Beach. Thank you to the grounds keeper for providing this information. It was calm, quiet but also I could see a lot of room for entertaining.

Cons:

The layout of the room, less furniture would be helpful.

Perfect weather, ideal location, nice spot to get away for a few days/nights
Pros:

Absolutely beautiful views all around, steps away from the beach and everything was really clean including the large pool.

Cons:

The room was a bit smaller than expected but over all it was a great time.

Relaxing
Pros:

All the staff was incredibly friendly, the rooms really gave off the beach feel and the location is wonderful.

Cons:

If I had to say something negative it’s that the water with no warning may get really hot or really cold for just a few seconds while in the shower. I’d sum that up to a ton of people showering at the same time.

Wouldn’t recommend.
Cons:

We had no heat. We called several times and finally asked to be moved to a different room. They moved us to a different facility down the road. They were not kind about the whole experience.

Exactly what we were looking for.
Pros:

Heated swimming pools, on the beach and close to the pier.

Cons:

We only went for 3 days. It was the end of the season so we missed a lot of attractions.

Lovely accommodation right on the beach.
Pros:

Great location, right on the beach and a short walk from bars and restaurants. Rooms (we had two) were large and comfortable and clean and had everything we needed, even including basic kitchen facilities. The rooms are in two storey chalet style buildings so it has a bit of a "Butlins" feel (one for the UK readers there) but was quite charming in its own way. The heated outdoor pool was a lovely bonus and really was warm.
