The suite was charming,cozy, comfortable, and had an amazing view of the water.
Pros:

The charm of the 1800’s mansion that was converted to suites was so special. Right on the beach, the view of the water, the sand, and the dunes from the wall of windows in our suite was amazing .

Location was great. Building and rooms were fantastic. We were in the original Guest House building with a sea view. Everything was clean and very comfortable.

Cons:

Because this is a facility with several different buildings spread out over about a block, it was difficult to know what amenities were available. The Lobby was several buildings away so it's not like one can just pop in quickly to ask questions or raise issues. No breakfast and no idea where the closet breakfast locations would have been. Our room had a coffee maker in it, but our friends' room did not and they had to make use of a communal coffee maker in the hallway.

Our room is in close proximity to the beach and pool. We enjoyed our stay except for the train.
Pros:

The room was clean and spacious. Some of the kitchen accessories were missing; however, the staff was quick to replace the items. Tree infested with wasps beside our balcony and staff quickly responded and remedied the issue.

Cons:

The pool was cold. The bathroom was dated but clean. The hotel is located close to the train, which you can hear many times during the night.

Très proche de la plage . Lit confortable. Propre en général. Bon accueil. Bon service.

Cons:

La salle de bain . Vieillot comme décoration. Semble impropre car dans le bain et douche et lavabo, noirci ou rouille . Donne pas le goût de se laver.. il y avait pas de savon a main..
Et la porte d'entrée il y a une espace en bas de la porte.
Donc qualité prix , ca pourrait etre améliorée.

Great oceanfront view

Cons:

Poor interactions with staff. Live music was booked from 7-9 PM directly under our room. That is way too late for loud music. Should be offered earlier like 4-6 or 5-7. When I called front desk to ask them to stop the music because we have a baby trying to sleep, they just said "it will end soon" and hung up on me

Love this spot because of beach and pier access, this was our second year and we made sure to get the same hotel

Pros:

This room is located in a great spot to access the beach and local restaurants. It's walkable to anywhere you'd want to go.

Cons:

Pictures need to be updated, or better yet, update the room to match the pictures. Hot water switches from warm, to freezing, boiling hot. The room was not clean. Sand on the floor, hairball owing across the floor, q-tip on the floor.. I expected more for the price.
