Rooms are small

La regadera no funcionó. Desafortunadamente no le hacen reparaciones al hotel y las habitaciones están muy descuidadas. El agua inundó todo el baño e incluso la recámara. Los alrededores están muy descuidados y muy sucios.

Pool was a bit cold, and quite dirty. Rooftop area in general was nice but not well-kept. The general notion from the place was a bit like they didn't care *that* much about it, which was a bit off-putting.

The cleanliness, the onsite breakfast

Tout petit balcon. La chambre n’était pas très propre principalement le sol et les draps. C’était un peu bruyant la nuit du aux chiens dans la rue.

Air con didn’t work, shower had to be fixed

Unfortunately despite above advantages we can not give more than 5 stars out of 10. First of all we chose this hotel based on reviews here and rating 7.9, later we found out much worse reviews on Google (check them out). The location is on 10th Avenue and the street itself is quite quiet, far from loud music but in the evening dogs from the neighbourhood start barking and it’s hard to fall asleep. Another thing is rooftop of the hotel - it’s presented on the pictures as really welcoming, lovely place to chill but reality is faaaaaar from this. It looks like it hasn’t been cleaned for ages, sunbeds are dirty/dusty, pool is yellow/green with algae, water not even transparent - that dirty! What is more the view from the rooftop is absolutely horrible, so photos were probably AI made as well as reviews about great view - fake. The view from our room was also really bad (see my real attached pictures). However the worst was lack of water in the bathroom twice during our stay because of the maintenance and unbelievable stink from the toilet. We had to keep the window open and to buy air freshener. Our room was also cleaned every second day but it didn’t help with the smell. The cleaning lady was collecting tips but every time something was missing - toilet paper or hand towel. Towels themselves were ripped, in poor condition.
Think it twice and reconsider before booking.

My car was ticket for parking in the street. The hotel staff said that I could park in the street but it looks like they target or ticket tourists cars not the local cars.

General maintenance and cleaning to be improved. For example the toilet cover was not good and falling down when seating, several spots of the bath were showing clear signs of wear and tear. One linen was showing signs of permanent stain. In addition we received several phishing messages asking for cards check on behalf of the hotel, as probably results their or booking.com database has been violated.

No nos hicieron la habitación, y dijeron que si había ropa en la cama no podían hacerla.
