De locatie is schitterend

Cons:

Wij hadden een Wellness suite op de 9e verdieping en het was in deze kamer meer dan 30 graden. De airco kreeg het een beetje koeler maar niet veel. De invloed van de zon op het glas is gigantisch waardoor we geen fijn verblijf hebben gehad en in de nacht niet lekker hebben geslapen. Daarnaast deed de whirlpool het niet goed, liep de afvoer van de wastafel niet goed weg. Het was bij het ontbijt veel te druk, vaak waren brood en beleg op en het was voortdurend file lopen. Ook was het behoorlijk wachten op de lift ivm de drukte. Het lijkt of het hotel niet is ingericht op 100% bezetting.

De whirlpool op 'onze' kamer.

Cons:

Dat je de airco niet kon instellen zoals je zelf wilt en het inchecken was chaotisch, door onder bemanning en geen efficiënte work-flow.

The hotel location is great, and the room has a very nice city and sea view, cosy and comfortable.

Cons:

I was so frustrated by the inefficiency of room services that i had to sleep in the same bedding for three nights, uncleaned floor for three days. Yet I requested for my room to cleaned, went to the reception, lodged a complaint all was done is to have bath towels changed and that was it.

Tolle Lage, schönes Zimmer

Cons:

Ein Großteil des Personals wirkte durchgehend genervt und überfordert. Beim Frühstück war viel zu wenig Platz für die große Anzahl an Gästen, dementsprechend laut war es auch. Beim Check in waren die Angestellten maßlos überfordert mit dem Ansturm an Leuten, man durfte erst ab Punkt 15 Uhr einchecken und da wollten dann natürlich alle einchecken, weswegen es zu einer Wartezeit von 1,5 Stunden kam.
