Bel hotel un peu à l'écart e l'autoroute, mais mérite le détour.

L’hôtel est correct, il y a un parking sécurisé, par contre le petit déjeuner est hors de prix à 13 € par personne par rapport à ce qu’il y a à manger!

Très satisfait de notre nuitée, qui a commancé par un accueil particulièrement chaleureux. Chambre PMR entiérement satisfaisante, bien concue et salle de bains au top.Parking privé sécurisé , et hotel dans un environnement calme avec sa terrasse de verdure. Nous n'avons pas opté pour le petit déjeuner , car nous sommes rentrés tard dans la nuit et nous aurions du nous lever trop tôt, pour respecter les horaires. Un seul commentaire à faire sur les toilettes trop basses pour une personne handicapée , n' ayant pas assez de forces dans les bras, pour se relever elle même.C' est aussi le cas du siège sous la douche.

Passage dans l'hôtel a la pi septembre. Dès le lendemain, j'ai détecté que j'avais été prélevé 2 fois pour une nuitée (prelèvement sur ce site via la réservation + paiement sur place).

J'ai alerté l'hôtel par plusieurs appels, mail. Nous sommes le 01 octobre 2025 m, je n'ai toujours pas reçu mon remboursement.

D'ici la fin de la semaine, je mettrai en marche une procédure pour manquement de votre part.

We have stayed here on 3 previous occasions and have always been really happy with everything. Sadly the hotel seems to be understaffed. We couldn’t find a member of staff when we checked in. There was no one in the bar when we wanted to order a drink and had to wait until the person on reception was free.

Très accueillant, très propre et un petit déjeuner copieux. Cadre agréable.

The property itself was nice, it was clean and functional, good bedroom sizes.
The downside was the issues and the lack of coffee. I paid on arrival. My husband went to the bar to get some drinks, and was charged again for the room, he had been getting the cases from the car so didn’t see me pay. When we challenged the staff he did refund us, said it would happen automatically, but half hour later called us down with our card.
then it turns out he refunded too much and called us back again to pay back the £12 he over charged.
Was told the coffee machine was free to use but remained switched off,
The hotel was good, but let down by the back and forth because of their errors. Would likely book somewhere else next time

The staff were extremely friendly and the family room was perfect in every way. Room was spotless and very clean

Very nice property, very spacious double room for the 4 of us.
Just perfect for a quick stop on a long journey to south of France

Our second visit to this hotel as we were so impressed. The price doesn’t reflect the great quality!

Only negatives this time were the delay with breakfast (for anyone in a rush) and one of the kid’s beds being under the tv ledge, my son was worried he would bump is head.

A great night was had by al!

Hôtel très propre et très récent, chambres de qualité et confortables pour une famille avec 2 enfants

We booked a night in a family room, which, to our pleasant surprise, was actually a suite. The room was clean and well maintained, and the beds were comfortable. Although it is conveniently located near the motorway, the noise level was more than reasonable. There were two bathrooms — one with a toilet and sink, and one with a shower and sink — which was very convenient for our family of four. I found the bathrooms quite luxurious, especially after a bad experience in another hotel rated as four stars. Breakfast was also nice, with a good variety of sweet and savoury options and good coffee. The staff were kind and helpful, and overall, we had a really nice and restful time.

We stayed as a family for a night on the way down the south. It was very pleasant stay, with clean rooms, comfy bed and friendly staff. Would gladly visit again.

Great little stopover hotel in a convenient place with plenty of parking. Rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Nothing glamorous about it or the area it is in but, for me, it is a better hotel with nicer rooms than you’ll find in Troyes centre for the price. Would recommend and stay again.
