Enjoyed the stay… my wife thinks the bed was a bit hard. The duvet was a bit too warm and complimentary drinks can be better quality!.. but everything else is fine

High tech
Frank Kuang was very helpful upon checking in he explained a bit of history of the hotel. Tamsie Zhang handling my check out and upon request, she gifted me a very special Andaz luggage.
Thh highlight of the stay was the hotel dog Max, the free daily happy hour and the Santa Clause present gifting moment. If there were newspapers it would be a cherry on top!
隔音很不好，三更半夜隔壁房間的關門聲都聽的很清楚，外面在施工也是一大清早就開始敲。

服務好好，成間酒店沒有舊式的櫃檯，辦理服務時與客人近距離接觸，感覺十分親切。酒店設計新穎，早餐質素普普通通，沒有什麼特別。由5:30至7:30有免費的酒水及茶點供應
