Cons:

I used to love going to this hotel but recently has gone downhill. The staff was exceptionally rude and showed a-lot of attitude. The receptionist Cristian was extremely rude to us and made us feel so unwelcome. He was talking in a very condescending tone and came off really disrespectful especially when we tried to explain the issue we had with the room. He said you either stay in your room or find a different place with no refund which was so unprofessional and demeaning. While speaking to us he also turned to his colleague saying he needs to go on a “vape break” hinting that he does not care about the conversation at all. This is a shame as we used to come here often but will definitely not come back here again. Overall a horrible experience

Pros:

Facile d'accès, proche de l'aéroport et de l'arrêt du train. Excellent Accueil. Chambre propre et fonctionnelle, petit déjeuner très correct

Outstanding
Pros:

The cleanliness and facilities were outstanding. Staff were very helpful. Liked the social areas that included things for children to do (even though we didn't have any with us) A great experience, thank you!

Cons:

Bed was just a little too soft for us. There wasn't a clean table that we could find at breakfast.

Very nice place to stay - close to the centre
Pros:

It's walking distance to Krakow. 15mins and you're there.
I had to stay for an extra day as my flight was late at night and the staff were really nice about it.

Cons:

There is a funny smell in the place. I suggest maybe bring some incense sticks. I always have incense sticks with me so it helped.

Overall comfortable stay and good value for money
Pros:

The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. The location of the property is central and while the parking is a few minutes walk away - it’s free. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. As it’s a studio, there are facilities to cook and cutlery available. Overall a great value for money…

Cons:

The breakfast during the weekend was provided by Moxy. It was sub standard and I didn’t consider it feeling to be fresh. No drop off zone so you will have to park away from the hotel.

Great spot
Pros:

Good location, lovely rooms with lots of space and decent breakfast. Very modern and comfortable. Good facilities for working during the days.

Cons:

Restaurant only open on weekdays.

Lovely staff, spotless room. Kudos to the cleaning team
Pros:

Clean room, efficient and accommodating staff. They kindly wrote a birthday message for us and when I called that morning, Anna quickly called me back to update me on my room. Free parking too was great

Cons:

Breakfast was downstairs at the Moxy - not great compared to the Residence Inn breakfast with the muffins. The Moxy hot breakfast was cold and hashbrowns were chewy and stale, tasted 2 days old. Coffee from the machines also tasted weird.
In the room our bed was broken on one side so any movement on that side was very loud.
