Nice little hotel. Near tain station and shops. Good transport links.
Nobody to take your luggage to checkout, you had to take your own luggage ro your room. Reception staff did not go out of their way to help you make your stay pleasant. Breakfast was the same everyday, not much option. Rundown area, no nice restaurant nearby. Basic hotel.
Proximity to Windsor and the rooms were lovely
Hotel is located in a large roundabout with only 2 parking bays. Had to find off site parking which didn’t feel particularly secure. Food was very basic and over priced
Staff
There is no space available directly in front of the hotel entrance for pick-up or drop-off.

I would like to take a moment to recognise two outstanding members of staff, Jess and Moses, who genuinely made a difference to our stay.
I was staying at the hotel with my family, and from the very beginning, Jess and Moses were incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming. What stood out most to me was their attitude. They were always smiling, approachable and happy to speak to us in such a warm and respectful manner.
It might sound like a small thing, but it really isn’t. When you’re away with your family, having staff who greet you with a genuine smile, speak to you kindly and make you feel welcome can completely change your experience. Their positive attitude made us feel valued as guests and honestly added so much to our trip.
You can tell when someone is simply doing their job and when someone genuinely cares about the experience they give to others. Jess and Moses clearly care, and it shows.
They are both a real credit to the hotel and deserve to be recognised for the excellent service they provide. Thank you, Jess and Moses.
Nice welcome at reception, very comfortable room with kitchenette, good Beds (also extra bed), clean and modern
Parking ca 300m away with no supervision (in case you travel with a fully packed car you better remove all valuables over night). Breakfast was not matching our expectations and doesn’t fit to the very nice rooms - poor choice, often empty, staff struggling with refill. I recommend to book without breakfast and search for breakfast outside the hotel.
Gut gepflegtes Haus mit schönem Restaurant (indisch)
Großes Zimmer u Bad, ideal für einen Menschen mit Behinderung
Parkplätze für MmB im Innenhof
The staff were amazing. We had extremely good care and the room is one of the cleanest we have ever seen at any travel destination thanks to Anna Maria Z. She clearly put in time and effort to ensure our family had the best experience possible and made everything as clean as possible to the point we would feel that we are the first ever guests in the room.
Quite location

I am a Marriott Titanium member and decided to stay here for my relocation back to the UK from the US as it is like an apartment, When I arrived there is no parking outside the front, not even a lay-by to drop off cases but after a call was told they have a place at the rear I could use, which was nice as I had 4 large cases and needed somewhere to unload.
Arrived in to front desk and staff were friendly and share with Moxey which is fine.
I got a one bedroom apartment and room comes with microwave/grill dishwasher and 2 induction hob. No oven.
Room was nice and roomy and all I needed,
I called maintenance once and there were super quick and friendly and one of the best I have had anywhere I have stayed.
Went up for the breakfast and that unfortunately to me has let the place down as I am here for a month and exactly the same food every day not one substitution, not even the loaf of you cut. This sort of hotel is made for long stays and not just 1 or 2 nights so if your looking to stay longer than a weekend will get tiring. I did bring this up to the food and beverage operations manger who’s attitude was it is what it is and this is corporate, which is odd as others around the world I have stayed in do rotate things, to me it seems a way to save on money.
On weekends they do run out of food quite a bit and takes time to replace as I think they are understaffed.
I am writing this now having breakfast and can hear customers complaining about no food out as all gone and no plates or bowles.
Laundry is free which is great and you need your own detergent which is fine and a big Tescos a short work for food and groceries.
I am here for another 3 weeks and seeing anything improves for breakfast but not holding my breath.
very clean and comfortable fantastic staff
spacious, relaxing, great staff and overall amazing fit for purpose.
we went to breakfast and found a (faily big) spider in the beans, we informed the staff and they didnt seem to be overly bothered even after showing the spider.
