very clean and comfortable fantastic staff
spacious, relaxing, great staff and overall amazing fit for purpose.
we went to breakfast and found a (faily big) spider in the beans, we informed the staff and they didnt seem to be overly bothered even after showing the spider.

When we arrived and went into our room all looked good.
Then my partner noticed poo on the toilet button that flushes it we called downstairs nice guy came and cleaned it, then awe where told our ac would be reset and sorted when we came back from London when we came back it wasn't, we then tried to move rooms to one with ac as I am athsmatic and unable to breathe with bearly any air from window, there where no more rooms so we where stuck.
It was my girlfriends birthday and our anniversary and ii was so upset that we where unable to have a drink and have fun in our room or get a good night's sleep, it was too hot we did go to reception but he confirmed there was nothing he could do until next day when a manager comes in.
Then in the morning we went for breakfast which I paid for i asked for vegan sausages and the lady said we cant have them, we dont eat pork and it was 940 so pickings where slim she said it would tske 30 mins to cook sausage to its to late but I explained we dont eat pork etc she then walked of and was shouting about plus in the kitchen with other members of staff, I told her her behaviour was unacceptable and she continued to speak to me like I was being unreasonable and not understanding.
I just really am unhappy with everything, 3 different people we went to and they where great but was unable to fo anything.
I have 100% wasted my money and it wasn't a special night as I planned.
The hotel said I can have a full refund but it would need to be done via booking.com his name was sabatiao.

I had a lovely stay at the Mariott Residence Inn. The room was very pleasant, big, with a comfortable bed, a desk, a sofa and a well equipped kitchen. It was absolutely spotless and quiet, despite being on a busy street.
But the best was the welcome at reception. I was very kindly greeted by Anv and Christian, who went out of their way to make sure I knew my way around the hotel and to help me with a small issue I faced. They would always welcome me back with a smile and took the trouble to learn my name. Thank you very much, Anv and Chrisitan, all my best and hope to see you next time I come!

We chose to stay in Slough because of its convenient proximity to Oxford and Heathrow, and the Residence Inn Slough was the perfect choice. We found the location excellent, being within walking distance of the train station and a large Tesco store. Additionally, the one-bedroom studio we stayed in was very nice.
I especially want to highlight the exceptional service we received on the morning of our departure. We had to leave very early to catch a flight, and it was raining heavily at 5:00 am. The receptionist on duty, Kam, was incredibly friendly and helpful. Kam assisted us in ordering an Uber and arranged for the car to meet us in the courtyard so we would not get wet while loading our luggage. We truly appreciated this thoughtful gesture.
All the staff were excellent, from check in, housekeeping and restaurant.
Very well designed self catering room. Comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen facilities.
Highly recommend for fast access to Heathrow Airport.
A guest set off the fire alarm at 3.30am while making toast in their room!

The parking, real issue for me, arriving after 8.30pm so was dark etc. Reception did sebd someone to get me but the morning was hard work to get someone to take me to my car.
