Das Hotel liegt top, wenn man Veranstaltung in der Wunderino Arena besuchen möchte. Auch nur wenige Minuten ins Zentrum. Personal super nett, Zimmer modern und Badezimmer auch.

Cons:

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist für ein solches Hotel unwürdig. Ungemütlicher Frühstückssaal und keine gekochten Eier. Da sind selbst Billighotels besser. Parkhaus nebenan super, allerdings mit 28 Euro pro Tag sehr teuer, gehört aber nicht zum Hotel, nur zur Arena. Parken auf Exerzierplatz schwierig, da 2x wöchentlich ab 4 Uhr früh Markt. Es wird dort gnadenlos abgeschleppt.

Der Service wurde den eigenen Ansprüchen des Hauses nicht gerecht.
Pros:

Die Lage ist super.

Cons:

Aufgetretenes Problem mit der Badlüftung wurde trotz mehrfacher Hinweise nicht gelöst.
Im Zimmer konnte man sich kaum bewegen.
Der Müll wurde nicht entfernt. Das Frühstück sehr ausbaufähig.
