Für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise oder für den Besuch einer Veranstaltung nebenan in der Arena okay.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war okay. Wegen einer Veranstaltung nebenan in der Arena war sehr viel los. Sehr gut waren die Waffeln.

Cons:

Hotel: Die Zimmer waren sehr eng.
Kiel: Die Stadt ist erschreckend stark heruntergekommen. Im Zug im Hauptbahnhof wurden wir in fünf Minuten von drei Bettlern angesprochen.

Ottima soluzione per soggiorni brevi
Pros:

Ho soggiornato presso questa struttura per viaggio di lavoro. Hotel molto comodo, ottima posizione per raggiungere il centro di Kiel a piedi, colazione a buffet buona, palestra non tanto grande ma completa di tutto. La camera era molto spaziosa e pulita (letto matrimoniale + divano letto). C'è un parcheggio privato e coperto di fianco all'hotel, il costo è escluso dal soggiorno e sono 28€/giorno. In alternativa, c'è un parcheggio dall'altra parte della strada, a 2€/giorno: bisogna prestare attenzione ai giorni del mercato altrimenti rimuovono la macchina con carro attrezzi.

Cons:

Nel complesso tutto molto bene. Se è necessario soggiornare per periodi abbastanza lunghi non c'è un vero e proprio armadio in cui appendere gli abiti. Purtroppo, se non viene richiesto in reception o tramite cartellino sulla porta, la stanza non viene pulita quotidianamente.

War okay, aber für länger als ein/zwei Nächte würden wir nicht mehr buchen.
Pros:

Schnell und unkomplizierter Check In sowie Check Out. Personal freundlich. Zimmer waren sauber, aber alles sehr eng gebaut/gestellt. Die Betten konnten nicht zusammengeschoben werden. Es gab keine Ablageflächen um die Koffer (offen) abzulegen. Gestellt passten sie in den Schrank.

Cons:

Es waren viel zu wenige Plätze für alle Gäste des Hotels beim Frühstück vorhanden, wir (und einige anderen) mussten an die Bar ausweichen. Das Angebot beim Frühstück war okay, aber nichts von guter Qualität oder Besonderes. Häufig kam das Personal nicht nach mit dem Auffüllen wenn was leer war.

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, exzellente Lage
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels 400m vom Bahnhof ist perfekt für eine Bahnanreise. Zudem ist die Lage direkt an der Innenstadt und nicht weit von der Fußgängerzone perfekt. 200m bis zu einer zentralen Bushaltestelle.
Das Frühstück war ok, recht breites Angebot. Für den Preis kann man nun wirklich kein opulentes Frühstücksbuffet erwarten, aber wir waren zufrieden.

Cons:

Mehr unterschiedliche Obstsorten zum Frühstück, mehr Aufstriche, etc.
