Zero value for money. Obscure decorations and random seating in reception area, it had the feel of a very budget hotel. Not really dirty but ragged, for this price I’d expect more.

Not very welcoming person at the desk. Couldn’t close curtains due to broke off the slider on both ends. Shower head sprayed over the outside of shower. Paint chips in walls with a small hole. Room dark and not very good lighting. Pool water looked cloudy.

Drapes replaced.

I had booked a prepaid rate and they charged me additional charges for no reason.

Our carpet was dirty; not vacuumed and also looked like food drips needed to be scrubbed from the carpet. I was told no one was available to vacuum when I asked at the front desk at 6pm the evening of our arrival. Also, we were given one washcloth, one hand towel and no bathmat for 2 people.

Check in Sunday 4/26 went fine I am in room 236 and my partner in 238
• Upon entering the room there was a strange smell of musty
• Bathroom was gross- mold in the shower stall, glass shower door dingy and the shower head was water stained and looked like it had a large amount of calcium build up.
• Light in bathroom also has issues and is only motion detected so after bedtime you just have to wait for it to decide to turn off.
Hot tub did not have a knob to turn it on- just the outlet for it
• There is absolutely no place to put any items in the shower and the one shelf in the bathroom over the toilet is put up with spackle
• Cleaned my room and my partners room
• Found that we have to pay for Wifi- do not remember seeing that when we booked the room.
• Bathroom sink splashes everywhere no matter what you do has to be wiped up frequently
• Went down to hot tub around 9pm- young girl sitting on edge of pool in not much clothing. While in hot tub noticed many men coming in and out the external door that had a rock wedged in it. Left quickly as it seems something is going on I do not want to be a part of.
• Went down to lobby at 10pm - noted the person behind the desk was on her phone, did not look up once as there was several men walking in and out of the hotel, one with a cigarette hanging out of his mouth, still did not look up from her phone. Observed 2 men walk in the building and head back to the pool area. Went to room and locked the door as they are not watching who is coming in and out, are we even safe here?
• Upon crawling into bed the bed springs creek with ever move and I feel the springs in my back and hip
• Sign in back room that is visible from the window stating "no refunds", so they know there are many issues with the hotel.
• Room 238 lock did not work only had flapper lock
• About 10 pm the people in room 240 return, loud, screaming, sound to be intoxicated and a dog barking.

Very poor cleanliness.

I did not like being kept up till 2 in the morning with people running around and yelling/ screaming. Thursday night was good, Friday and Saturday not so much.

Breakfast could have been better. Seemed skimpy on items to number of people staying, pans were empty etc

Elevator did not work.
Only being a couple of hours early i had to pay a extra $25 to check in.
Staff wasnt friendly.
2nd floor smelled like weed.
Shower constantly dripping.
Mold in the shower.
Towels smelled like cigarettes.

Overall issues with the room. Not what we paid for
