They never returned my 100 dollar deposit

I was in a room with one king bed. There was a low counter near the door (for suitcase), the TV area had the fridge and microwave, then a desk, then a closet area with a safe. I had a uniform to hang up, but there were not any hangers in the room at all. Also, the towels provided were two hand-towels and one washcloth. No bath mat or bath towels (I did get those items when I requested them at the front desk). The bathroom was badly designed. The bathroom door opend into the bathroom which is a small space. It tended to swing in unless you latch it shut. If I just wanted to wash my hands, the door kept hitting my back. The shower door opens out into the bathroom, and the two doors were competing. There was noplace to hang my wet swimsuit after using the pool. Also if you had more than a slight trickle of water, the sink splashed severely so the bathroom counter was soaked all the time. It's a sink like a big bowl sitting on top of the counter. The pool area also had zero towels, and apparently the only lights were the ones IN the pool under the water. It was very dark even in daylight, but super dark in there after sunset. The pool is about twice the size of the hot tub. I only was in the pool briefly. The rooms were such that you could hear a lot from the next room. People seemed to keep TV low enough but one group in the next room came in between 2-3am and were shouting, laughing, running in the halls, and conversing loud enough that I could follow the entire conversation through the wall. I called the front desk, they did apparently deal with them so they would quiet down.

The breakfast could be better.

Pool room needs a little upkeep. It's almost unbearable to be in the room it's in because its to hot and humid in there and your eyes burn from.thw chlorine.

Bed was very soft. We asked for a floor on upper level and even though this reservation was made several months ago we were placed on the 1st floor . There were children running up and down the hallways above us throughout the night.

Door to room was open when we arrived, NO towels in room at all, pool area so muggy and dark and no towels in there

Thursday night July 17th inti Friday AM had extra noise especially on the 2nd floor. The room next to me a Black Guy was on the phone for over 45 minutes talking about money that he did not take from somebodies wallet. Kept me wake. He was disrespectable to other be trying to sleep

The pool and hot tub doors were left wide open because the heat was extremely hot in that area as to where all the windows were dripping. The smell of chlorine was over powering to where your eyes burned when in the area. My mom who I was traveling with has bad lungs to begin with so we were not able to use the pool or hot tub and this was the reason we choose this hotel. My mom loves swimming but we couldn't even sit in the area for 1 min.

Hot tub not in service with no expectations of when it will return to service. Hot tub was full of water and running so a little disappointed.
