Pros:

The hotel’s location and breakfast were great, and the ladies working at the breakfast—who asked for my room number and were probably Thai—were very friendly.

Cons:

There was a lack of organization at the hotel. When I informed the reception several times that I wanted my room to be cleaned, my request was ignored and my room was not cleaned. They were also very careless regarding the invoice; I was first sent someone else’s bill, and only after I insisted did they send the correct one. Overall, the hotel is good, but the reception staff seem unconcerned and were never friendly.

Sehr gut, Verkehrsanbindung super, sehr gutes abwechslungsreiches Frühstück, obwohl kleines Zimmer, alle wichtigen Annehmlichkeiten vorhanden, Ich komme gerne wieder!

Gebucht über Booking mit HINTERLEGTER Kredikarte ( die seit Jahren hinterlegt ist )
Am Counter dann bezahlt. Auf einmal meint die Dame die braucht - nach der Bezahlung - noch meine Kreditkarte!
Ich sage ihr die ist hinterlegt und zeige ihr meine Buchung von Booking mit hinterlegter KK. Erst fragt sie mich nach den letzten vier Zahlen, die ich hier dann noch mal zeige, weil sie in der Buchung hinterlegt sind. Auf einmal meinte sie nein sie braucht die komplette Kreditkarte sonst könne sie mir das Zimmer nicht geben!!!!
Wohl gemerkt, nachdem ich schon bezahlt habe.
Ich finde das schon ein sehr komischen Vorgang.

Fazit Kreditkarte war hinterlegt. Die Dame war recht unfreundlich am counter und ich verstehe nicht, dass die hinterlegte Kreditkarte nicht bei denen im System ist.

Alles in allem war dadurch der Aufenthalt für mich schon zu Beginn mehr als negativ behaftet

Lage gut. Sauberkeit abschreckend.

Schmutziges Badezimmer. Fleckige Handtücher. Ein Fön der sich beim Anfassen auflöst und klebt. Schmutziges WC. Frühstück aus der Konserve.

Das Zimmer und das Bett waren okay. Das Parken in der Tiefgarage auch, solange dein Auto nicht zu groß ist.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück war vieles nicht verfügbar. Das Personal konnte mit dem Andrang nicht mithalten, sodass Geräte nicht funktionierten und Vorräte aufgebraucht waren. Okay, dann eben woanders frühstücken, obwohl man schon bezahlt hat. Wenn man abends in der sonst leeren Lobby was zu trinken holen will, schickt dich die Mitarbeiterin zu einem Automaten neben der Rezeption. Dafür muss man eine App runterladen, über die man bestellen und bezahlen kann. Die App hat auf meinem Handy nicht funktioniert. Fazit: Die Mitarbeiterin kann/will nichts machen, also gibt's kein Getränk. Völlig unklar, warum das so sein muss und warum wirklich nichts geregelt werden kann (selbst wenn es ein einfacher, altmodischer Automat wäre, der einfach funktioniert). Okay, dann eben wieder auf die Straße und woanders etwas zu trinken holen. Fazit: Wenn du ein Bett suchst, bist du hier richtig. Wenn du eher Service oder etwas zu trinken suchst, such weiter.
