Ein gutes Hotel - leider mit extrem unfähiger Rezeption und einem bedenkenswerten Reinigungsservice

Gute, verkehrstechnisch günstige Lage. Hat eigentlich alles, was ein Hotel in Berlin haben sollte.

Cons:

Fenster zur Straße recht laut. Personal an der Rezeption war der Aufgabe einfach einchecken und freundlich zu sein wiederholt nicht gewachsen. Entgegen der Ankündigung im Badezimmer werden die Zimmer nur alle 3 Tage gereinigt. Langzeitbucher dürfen sehen, wie sie das hinbekommen. Mein Dritter Aufenthalt in dem eigentlich guten Hotel aber leider geht es mit dem Service stetig bergab. Es würde schon helfen, wenn die Rezeption mit Menschen besetzt würde die wenigstens Deutsch oder Englisch verstehen. Wenn diese dann noch wüssten, was sie tun müssen...

Frühstück mit frischen Brötchen und guter Auswahl
Tolle Lage
Check Out bis 12 Uhr möglich

Cons:

Große Fenster nur mit Vorhang verdeckt, dadurch war es morgens schon früh hell im Zimmer.
Beim Frühstück wird man am Buffet stehend nach der Zimmernummer gefragt, anstatt das am Tisch oder beim Eintreten zu klären.

Insgesammt war es eine gute Zeit in dem B&B Hotel Englische Str.
Pros:

Frühstück war gut, die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, man kann normaler weise bis zur Messe Süd durchfahren. Dieses mal leider nicht.

Cons:

Die Matraze in meinem Zimmer hätte bequemer sein können, war schon etwas durchgelegen
