Convenient and quiet.
Pros:

Close to airport parking. I reserved the room in case of bad weather the day of our trip.

Cons:

They are considered off airport parking so we had to pay for parking. I was not expecting this charge. It was quite the maze to find the hotel parking lot.

Pros:

24/7 reception meant service all the time

Cons:

Heating was temperamental and seemed to be stuck on cold and when we tried to call down for help the phone was always engaged. Breakfast started later than indicated which meant some people with early flights missed out

I don’t think I ever had to pay for parking you know hotel that had a massive parking lot with nobody in it that was kinda sucky

Disappointed with hotel and staff
Pros:

The room was nice except the fan for the heater was exceptionally noisy. Made sleeping very hard.

Cons:

I accidentally left my medicine in the refrigerator. When I called back the front desk person refused to check on it. Told me it had been thrown away due to company policy. Would not even consider trying to help when I asked her to please check. Medicine is expensive and to throw it away in less than a few hours is wrong.

Pros:

Breakfast was good, maintenance stuff was friendly and helpful. We needed to switch rooms and they helped us right away. Gym was good 👍

Cons:

For being an indoor pool the water wasn’t as hot as I expected.

Pros:

Clean, comfortable rooms. Great breakfast, close to the airport, nice small pool. Friendly and helpful staff. Good value, everything we were looking for.

Cons:

Parking is $12/day. Slightly sketchy area.

The bathroom was very clean, and the mattress was comfortable

Cons:

There wasn’t any bath towels in the bathroom, the phone in the room wasn’t working so we weren’t able to call down for towels. The bathroom sink was also clogged. The pillows were horrible

Perfect for a late night stay or LONGER!
Pros:

The location made for a short ride from the airport and the shuttle service is a BIG plus! The breakfast offered lots of choices and self service is a large bright and airy dining room. Front desk was helpful when my luggage was lost and made sure I'd be picked up at the airport with my late arrival time.

Cons:

The bathtub mixer valve (or the diverter) that directs water from the tub to the shower was not strong enough to hold the water at the shower head. More water came out the lower faucet. The paint or enamel on the toilet handle was peeling - possible replacement there too. The room was spacious and VERY clean!
