Petit déjeuner assez peu fourni.
Lors du règlement des frais de séjour , le logiciel a bug et n’a pas enregistré ma transaction alors que je la voyais bien sûr mon compte bancaire. On m’a fait patienter plus de 20 min lors de mon check out alors que j’était pressée et très chargée, avec peu de confiance sur le fait que la transaction avait bien été réglée, malgré la preuve sur mon compte bancaire.

Die Lage nah an der Innenstadt

Cons:

Unsere Erwartungen wurden nicht erfüllt. Wir hatten ein gutes Mittelklasse Hotel erwartet. Aber B und B lag weit darunter.

Für 3 Nächte nur zum Schlafen ....ausreichend

Die Lage war perfekt

Cons:

Personal am Empfang ohne ein Lächeln auf den Lippen und Dresscode etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig .Zimmermädchen dagegen sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit .

The location was fantastic for sideseeing and shopping.

Cons:

The guy that checked me in was not very friendly.
The breakfast was quite basic. I would have liked some warm eggs for example.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels war für uns sehr zentral an die Innenstadt und an den Bahnhof gelegen. Wir konnten alles sehr gut zu Fuß erreichen und auch die Straßenbahnanbindung zum Zoo war gut zu erreichen.

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Erfurt eine gute Unterkunft mit guter Kost-Nutzen Relation
Pros:

Wir waren zu dritt in einem Familienzimmer, und jede Person hatte eine richtiges Bett, was deutlich bequemer war als eine Schlafcouch

Cons:

Das Bad ist sehr klein, insbesondere in einem Familienzimmer, die Handtücher haben keine Laschen, um sie aufzuhängen, was in einem kleinen Bad und einem Familienzimmer mit 3-4 Personen ziemlich schwierig ist. Das Frühstück war okay, jedoch hätte die Diversität etwas besser sein können und der Kaffee hat nicht geschmeckt
