Pros:

Wunsch auf Zimmer in der oberen Etage wurde entsprochen, danke dafür.
Frühstück war sehr gut.
Lage war sehr gut, das Zentrum war in ein paar Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen.
Zimmer war sehr schön, sauber und modern eingerichtet .

Es gab nichts zu bemängeln

Erstklassige Mitarbeiterin
Pros:

Besonders gefallen hat mir, dass ich kurz vor 22h noch freundlich empfangen und gut eingecheckt wurde. Bitte richten Sie Ihrer Mitarbeiterin meine herzlichsten Grüße und meinen Dank dafür aus. Sie ist sowieso der Grund, warum ich wieder hier eingecheckt bin. Sie war auch bei meinem vorherigen Besuch im Frühstücksservice 1. Klasse! Bitte haltet diese Mitarbeiterin, egal was es kostet!

Cons:

Der Boden am Bad war nicht sauber. Statt der Plastikbecher wären Glasbecher auf den Zimmern nachhaltiger und insgesamt ansprechender. Das kann ich auch für diesen Preis erwarten.

Tolles, großes modernes Zimmer. Hohe Decken.

Super, gute Lage, tolles Zimmer.

Cons:

Leider ging am letzten Abend die Lüftung/ Heizung im Zimmer an und ließ sich nicht mehr ausstellen.
Das Bedienpanel reagierte nicht.
Im Hotel war auch niemand mehr.

Auf meine Mittelung ans Hotel hat bisher auch niemand reagiert. Hmmmmm?!
