Alles hat sehr gut gepasst: die Lage (Nãhe zum Bahnhof und zur Innenstadt) war perfekt, die Betten bequem, das Personal freundlich, alles war sauber.

Cons:

Ich hatte wegen einer weiteren Nacht angefragt, der Preis, der mir genannt wurde, war teurer als wenn ich es über Booking gebucht hätte.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in zentraler Lage
Pros:

Wir waren für zwei Nächte dort und haben uns insgesamt wohlgefühlt. Besonders die Nähe zum Zentrum war super – in etwa 800 m ist man schnell mittendrin. Unser Tipp: Der kleine Spaziergang über den Friedhof ist eine schöne Möglichkeit, ins Zentrum zu gelangen. Den Weg rechts um das Haus (in die Stadt) herum würden wir eher meiden, da die Umgebung dort leider extrem ungepflegt und schmutzig ist.

Das Zimmer war sauber, ruhig und gemütlich, genau richtig für unseren kurzen Aufenthalt.
Das Personal war freundlich und bemüht, auch beim Check-in, obwohl es kleine Unstimmigkeiten gab und unsere Buchungsinformationen zunächst nicht vorlagen.

Alles in allem ein angenehmer Aufenthalt mit guter Lage und einem schönen, sauberen und ruhigen Zimmer.

Wir kommen wieder !

Cons:

Das Frühstück war ausreichend und in Ordnung, aber nichts Besonderes. Am ersten Tag hätten wir uns noch helle Brötchen gewünscht.
Kaffee war aus dem Automaten nicht lecker.

Das sehr nette Personal🤗
EZ so groß wie ein DZ ...Super 👍
Frühstücksraum groß und sauber.

Cons:

Die Lage...sehr viel Müll ect.rund ums Hotel und aufm Weg in die Innenstadt.
Die Wohnsituation übern Hotel.....dieses B&B werden wir nicht wieder auswählen.

Das Zimmer und auch das Personal war sehr freundlich. Dass Teile des Hotels als Wohnungen fungieren und der Lage spielen
Pros:

Die Zimmer waren groß und hell und hatten sehr gemütliche Betten. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls gut.

Cons:

Es hat in der Lobby immer wieder sehr stark nach Zigarettenrauch gestunken. Weiterhin bin ich irritiert, dass das Hotel wohl teilweise umfunktioniert wurde zu einem Wohnhaus und man sich Fahrstuhl und Treppenhaus mit den Bewohnern teilt. Scheinbar fällt das Treppenhaus (das Einzige was wir als Gäste direkt nutzen können) auch aus dem Verantwortubgsbereich des Hotels, denn es war wirklich dreckig und wirkte sehr heruntergekommen. Das geht finde ich überhaupt nicht und wirkt super unprofessionell. Weiterhin ist die Lage zwar sehr stadtnah, jedoch liegt es fast direkt an einem riesigen Plattenbau, an dem man entlang muss. Dort ist es unfassbar dreckig, auch auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite ist alles zugemüllt und im Dunkeln fühle ich mich als Frau dort sehr unwohl.
