Pros:

The woman who checked us in was probably the friendliest clerk I've ever experienced. Made us feel at home.

Cons:

The shower curtain in the handicapped roll in shower needs to be longer. Water goes everywhere.

Not as expected!
Pros:

Convenient location
Brand new facility

Cons:

The bed and pillows were lacking any sort of comfort level. The bed was so hard and pillows were flat and seemed already worn out even though it’s a new facility, we both slept MAYBE a total of 3 hours. For this reason, we would NOT stay here again! You need to step it up on the comfort scene. I could have slept on the floor and got just as much sleep!
