Excellent hotel in an upcoming and developing area with nearby Metro station and ferry across to Festival City.

Lot of construction

I had a great experience during my stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making our visit truly enjoyable. If we return to Dubai, we would definitely choose to stay with them again. Thank you for the excellent service and cleanliness!

Just an extra night in Dubai, great hotel, very new with beautiful views (Burj Al-Khalifa) from the rooftop. The Swimmingpool at the roof is also very nice.

Hotel is good. Breakfast is very good. The hotel offer shuttle to and from Dubai mall. However a lot of construction is going on around the hotel which will take sometime to finish. Nice rooftop swimming pool and all the staff are brilliant in term of looking after customers.

Our stay at the hotel was disappointing and did not meet our expectations. We had a 2 bedroom apartment and encountered several issues throughout our 4-day visit. The washer/dryer was out of order, and despite daily calls for repairs, it was only replaced on the last day. The dishwasher was also non-functional, and the common bathroom had sealing problems in the bathtub, leaving water puddles after every use.

Breakfast options for vegetarians were very limited, even though we had specifically requested accommodations at check-in. Additionally, towels were consistently insufficient for the number of guests in our reservation, and we had to call every day to request more.

Overall, the repeated inconveniences made for a frustrating stay, and I cannot recommend this hotel based on our experience.

Huge rooms, excellent service, convenient in Dubai suburb, but close to everything via transportation. Lots of food options, delivery, onsite, breakfast buffet amazing, full kitchen, water, utensils, and much more at this great hotel that falls under the Marriott/Westin brand.

Good & Safe location

Going to Dubai for my 25th birthday was such a dream thanks to the Element Hotel. The incredible staff, convenient shuttles, and the AMAZING rooftop pool, I couldn’t ask for a better and affordable stay! Thank you all!

Very clean and great staff. Help yourself breakfast was simple but tasty (and healthy). At least one item was changed every day so there was always something new. Clientele seems to be a mix of business people staying a night or two. People who live there and some like us who just wanted 5 days of sunshine. Health club and pool on the roof. 8 minute walk from Al Jadaf Metro.

Great value for what you get - huge room and really good breakfast selection which varies day by day. Nice infinity pool on the roof and only 10 minute walk from Al Jadaf metro. The area itself has a lot of construction work going on but it seems to be all for new hotels and apartments. We enjoyed the stay a lot! :)
