Pros:

The room and bathroom were very clean and modern. The location was great for what we were trying to do.

Cons:

There were men working on the roof, so we weren't able to use natural light. Also, we didn't have a problem paying for parking but if the gate never closed, I didn't understand the point.

Overall, it is a great hotel, perfect location in East Lansing, good customer service.
Pros:

Location is great, woman at the front desk was very kind-perfect customer service. Would like to try the restaurant next time .

Cons:

My bathroom in my room was not the cleanest. It had little black hairs everywhere-on the counter, the sink, and in the shower. That was gross. I had to wipe it all down and rinse out the shower. I put towels on the floor to walk on.

Cons:

The room was disgusting. Towels were old rags. Dirt around sink and shower. Toilet needed to be clean. Sheets on bed looked worn and unkempt. I slept on my travel blanket. Fridge wouldn't stay on. Water pressure was low and it wouldn't stay hot.
