The hotel is beautiful and perfectly located right in the heart of downtown, just steps away from Plaza de Armas. The staff were exceptional and went above and beyond. Check-in was scheduled for 3 PM, but I arrived at 10 AM and my room was already ready. On the day of checkout, they kindly extended my stay until 1 PM instead of the usual 11 AM. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back.

Holy moley! This hotel was great. Friendly staff that were always on point (esp. Raul, the girl that helped my wife and I a bunch, and an employee with glasses who was great). My chancellor room was massive, the building has a ton of history, and everything is in mint condition. The best part was the location - but the pool on the roof was also a plus! 100% going back if I end up in Puerto Rico any time soon.

We loved this hotel and it is in the best location in Old San Juan. Walking distance to many, bars, restaurants, shopping and historical sites. The hotel provided us with a upgraded continental breakfast each morning in their open air restaurant and also late checkout as Gold Hilton members. We stayed in a Deluxe Deputy room on the first floor, beautiful room with a nice bathroom and mini fridge. We were in room 137, if you are a light sleeper don't stay in this room. You can hear the trucks, traffic and street conversations. The rooftop pool area and bar is gorgeous with a nice view. The employees are friendly and helpful.

The staff was so amazing and accommodating! Anything we needed, such as housekeeping at different times, they were able to accommodate. The location of the hotel is perfect if you are looking for a central location in San Juan. The views from the rooftop pool were so beautiful! We loved this hotel.
The hand soap in the public spaces was often out, but the staff was quick to refill it when asked!

Adjacent doors slam which make it very noisy when others are going in and out of their rooms.
