Existen mejores hoteles en la isla por menor valor . Evítenlo
Pros:

Ubicación.

Cons:

No hubo nunca wifi en la habitación y ellos lo sabían pero que no podían hacer nada.
Se escucha todo lo que hacen en el piso de arriba
Pésimo restaurante para cenar y no ofrecen desayuno pues el restaurante abre tarde.

Didn't quite live up to my idea of a small Lux hotel
Pros:

Breakfast in a $500 room was not included. Location in Old Town was good

El precio es muy alto para el tipo de hotel. La recepcionista del primer día no nos atendió de la forma en la que pensamos que deberíamos haber sido atendidos teniendo en cuenta la categoría del hotel, la cadena, el precio de la habitación, etc

pretty good - used to one-two nighters; work with them if longer stay. A very good 3 star hotel

Had some issue with the room and cleaning and equipment. All handled
Could use a real concierge to help people go to places that aren't flooded with people getting off cruises - ughh....

Location was excellent, condition of such an old property was excellent, staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Beds were a little uncomfortable (very firm), and housekeeping didn't clean the room every day (even on days we were gone the entire day). We stayed 4 nights and the bed was made only twice, bathroom wasn't cleaned, only towels replaced. Bar service on the main floor was not very friendly at all.

Die Lage in der Altstadt ist top.
Die Hilfe und die Deutschkenntnoisse von Alexjandro haben uns sehr geholfen.

Cons:

kein Buffet, leider nur eine sehr kurze Menükarte
Die Buchung wurde angeblich wärend unserer Anreise storniert, so dass bei Ankunft in der Nacht keine Zimmer zur Verfügung stand- angeblich auf Grund einer fehlerhaften Kreditkarte !!! Erst nach langen Diskussionen konnte ein Zimmer- am kommenden Tag nochmals mit einem Umzug- gebucht werden- übrigens mit der gleichen Kreditkarte !!
