Beautiful Hotel in a great location in the Old Town

pretty good - used to one-two nighters; work with them if longer stay. A very good 3 star hotel

Could use a real concierge to help people go to places that aren't flooded with people getting off cruises - ughh....

Location was excellent, condition of such an old property was excellent, staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Beds were a little uncomfortable (very firm), and housekeeping didn't clean the room every day (even on days we were gone the entire day). We stayed 4 nights and the bed was made only twice, bathroom wasn't cleaned, only towels replaced. Bar service on the main floor was not very friendly at all.

Die Lage in der Altstadt ist top.
Die Hilfe und die Deutschkenntnoisse von Alexjandro haben uns sehr geholfen.

Cons:

kein Buffet, leider nur eine sehr kurze Menükarte
Die Buchung wurde angeblich wärend unserer Anreise storniert, so dass bei Ankunft in der Nacht keine Zimmer zur Verfügung stand- angeblich auf Grund einer fehlerhaften Kreditkarte !!! Erst nach langen Diskussionen konnte ein Zimmer- am kommenden Tag nochmals mit einem Umzug- gebucht werden- übrigens mit der gleichen Kreditkarte !!

There is a bar across the street. From 11:00pm til 1:30am its quite noisy.

i liked the infinity pool and the staff

Cons:

i thought they could have done something for our honeymoon as a perk to make it special but it was nothing. also it said on booking.com that parking was included and $28 breakfast was included. but when we asked there was no parking and we had to hike to bring our stuff from a parking garage and then breakfast was not included and that was a price estimate but it would probably cost more to get breakfast - i think this is honestly the fault of the third party booking rather than the hotel but it was a bummer to have to spend another $50 on top of it when we didn’t expect it

Pros:

Loved that it was adult only at the pool, etc. The restaurant was good, it they seemed to be short on staff resulting in a longer wait time for service at the table and getting meals. Loved that there were on-site dining options, even with the delay in service.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff! Great location to a number of attractions in old San Juan!

Cons:

Le faltan infinidad de detalles, baños sin posibilidad de dejar toallas sin albornoz, mal rematados, se salía el agua, cristales sucio , sensación de falta de limpieza, no es un 5 estrellas.

Very nice hotel that is conveniently located. Had breakfast in the hotel most days. The service was excellent.
Pros:

The service for breakfast was excellent. Kiara and Rene were outstanding. The chefs Gaby and Elvis did a very nice job.
Would return to this hotel!
