L’établissement est magnifique et extrêmement bien situé! Parfait pour visiter à pied le vieux san Juan

Unfortunately not a great stay. This was our second time staying here but we will no longer return
Pros:

The location is prime and the general setting of the hotel is nice.

Cons:

I booked 2 rooms for a family trip and neither of the rooms was serviced at all during our stay. Both rooms requested cleaning daily which never happened. We also had to call more than once for shower gel and toilet tissue.

Beautiful Hotel and Amazing Staff,
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful and perfectly located right in the heart of downtown, just steps away from Plaza de Armas. The staff were exceptional and went above and beyond. Check-in was scheduled for 3 PM, but I arrived at 10 AM and my room was already ready. On the day of checkout, they kindly extended my stay until 1 PM instead of the usual 11 AM. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at
Pros:

Holy moley! This hotel was great. Friendly staff that were always on point (esp. Raul, the girl that helped my wife and I a bunch, and an employee with glasses who was great). My chancellor room was massive, the building has a ton of history, and everything is in mint condition. The best part was the location - but the pool on the roof was also a plus! 100% going back if I end up in Puerto Rico any time soon.

Great location in Old San Juan with warm & friendly service.
Pros:

We loved this hotel and it is in the best location in Old San Juan. Walking distance to many, bars, restaurants, shopping and historical sites. The hotel provided us with a upgraded continental breakfast each morning in their open air restaurant and also late checkout as Gold Hilton members. We stayed in a Deluxe Deputy room on the first floor, beautiful room with a nice bathroom and mini fridge. We were in room 137, if you are a light sleeper don't stay in this room. You can hear the trucks, traffic and street conversations. The rooftop pool area and bar is gorgeous with a nice view. The employees are friendly and helpful.
