Highly recommend staying at this hotel!
Pros:

Absolutely gorgeous hotel! Very modern and comfortable, the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in with divine cloud pillows! Very clean and comfortable. It was a one night stop over, would love to return next time we are in Dunedin. Highly recommended.

Cons:

There was a little bit of street noise but as a little sleeper it was still fine.

Mattress too soft…terrible for our back.
King bed instead of twin beds as requested.
Tv out of order.
Safe out of order.
No phone in the room.
Only 2 capsules of coffee.
No spare roll of toilet paper.
Door stop of toilet door ..broken.
Windows very dirty.
Restaurant very basic and close at 2pm
No help to carry the luggage’s.

Staff very nice and helpful.Poor Management.

Pros:

Before checking in, I saw all sorts of negative reviews and was really torn about it. But after actually staying here, I found the reality wasn't like that at all. The front desk staff were super friendly, the hotel design is fantastic, the rooms are spacious, and the bathroom style is absolutely amazing. Plus, the hotel is right across from a shopping mall.

Cons:

The only downside is that the shower and toilet are directly opposite each other... which means when one person is using the bathroom and the other is showering, they end up staring at each other.

Excellent all-round experience. Would come here again!
Pros:

Great decor. Fantastic layout. Central to shops and bars. Excellent staff and excellent food in cafe.

Cons:

I could imagine the limited parking being an issue if fully booked. That didn’t apply to us, so I rated parking highly. (Maybe there is an overflow arrangement.)
