Location is great and clean
Workout equipment, computer and pool were all out of service. Shower wasn’t draining so had to call for a repair.
Usually you hear doors closing, people talking, not one peep... everything was clean. Everytime I saw an employee they smiled and were welcoming. The parking lot is enclosed mostly, and surrounded by a clean strip mall with food and shopping.
Dirty hotel
Cleab
Location. Close to shopping/restaurant. Walking distance.
Refrigerator didn’t work. Not super clean, but okay. Ice maker on our floor didn’t work. Elevator broke while there. Luckily we were not in it when it broke or we would have been late for very important ceremony. No continental breakfast. Don’t care for sliding barn doors for bathroom areas. Not very private.
I didn't have breakfast
Everything was great
We loved this hotel! Good price, perfect location to restaurants and other activities. Really enjoyed the atmosphere, my boys had a great time playing pool in the lobby all weekend.
Location.
Accommodation and therefore the price. Once 2 of 9 electrical outlets worked, light around mirror in bathroom did not work, and deadbolt on door did not work. I attempted to share with front desk staff upon checkout and they said I did not know how to work it and walked away behind a glass locked door.
Maid service never came by. No towels etc
No maids

Score Meaning:
45–50 → Excellent business hotel

30–37 → Acceptable
Under 30 → Avoid
Pros:
• WiFi speed will support business meetings and is free as long as you join Marriott BonVoy.
• Parking is Free.
• There are ample electrical and USB outlets. On the wall next to the "desk" and on both sides of the bed.
• In room safe.
Cons:
• Very small workspace. It just a very small freestanding table. Will hold your laptop and an iPad. Not a whole lot more. No lighting over the table.
• No microwave.
• No Ironing board / iron.
Business Traveler Verdict:
For a business traveler that has no need for a desk or good lighting in the room. If your business is elsewhere and you are here only for the room, this will work. There was very light traffic noise occasionally, nothing distracting. Never heard a peep from any room next door. But, I don't think I had any neighbors. AC works fine. has a typical wall mounted unit controlled from a a panel near the door. No long wait times at the elevator and the elevators were quiet.
The hotel has a very comfortable lounge area in the lobby with a bar serving cocktails and light fair. The fitness center is open around the clock and is well equipped.
Room Tip:
Highest possible is consistently the most quiet.
Would I stay again?
Only if convenient. No other better choices. Or I'm not here on business. Would be a good hotel for a couple to get away to Lubbock.
The staff was extremely rude and argumentative and unhelpful from the moment I walked in. I had a long day at the hospital taking care of an ill family member all day when I realized I wouldn’t be able to make it home due to being too long of a drive I booked my room around 9pm. I scheduled it for the day of so the room would be ready when I arrived. When I arrived around midnight, which was when my family member was stable enough for me to feel comfortable to leave and get some sleep, the staff was rude and dismissive. The lady took my ID and then informed me she could not find my room reservation and that due to me showing up past midnight they didn’t have to grant me a room and that I still had to pay. She said the only way I would be able to secure a room that night would be to reserve and pay for another. I explained that I had just reserved it hours ago and she said that was not her problem to deal with that I needed to speak with booking.com. I then called booking.com where they sent an email to the hotel. When I notified them an email had been sent from booking.com she then said she found my reservation and that it was due to looking up the incorrect name. I told her that I provided her my ID so I’m not sure how that was the cause of the issue. When they finally issued me my room number I went upstairs to my assigned room and their were already occupants in that room that I had startled by trying to get enter. I had to then go back down stair, where the lady corrected the mistake and assigned me to a new room.
Room was comfortable and close to stores to do some shopping!
Not having a microwave.
Very friendly staff, even remembered me from last visit. Very comfortable, great location
For this weekend pricier than in the past
