Amazing Stay!!!!
Pros:

Hotel Cleanliness. Staff very friendly. Bar is very convenient. Nice outside area to hang out when weather permits. Overall it's a great hotel. We stay there most of the time when we visit Lubbock. Keep up the good work!!

Cons:

Honestly. I couldn't say a bad thing about this place. It truly is amazing. Staff very friendly and helpful. I have not once had a bad experience with The Loft. I have yet to have breakfast.

Awesome staff but wouldn’t stay here again.
Pros:

Staff was absolutely awesome. All smiled and made you feel welcome! They were the best part!

Cons:

Our room was very dysfunctional. No light in the entry way or main room. Two odd wall sconces and a table lamp that didn’t work. No light over the bathroom mirror so putting on makeup was difficult.

I was very disappointed in the room and price.

location was good for my reasons there

Cons:

overall cleanliness of the common areas were inadequate. The pass key back door did not work. The cleaning people didn't even replace the used paper coffee cups. our towels and wash clothes were also not replaced. The design was strange. sliding doors to bathroom without solid wall between sleeping and bathroom. No proper place to set up laptop in the room for working. There was also a loud noise that occurred in the room about every 4 hours that I could not find the source of. Interrupted my sleep. The rooms were way overpriced in my opinion.

I would recommend this place only if no other hotels were available.
Pros:

Liked large window in room. Shower was large and clean; included shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Did not like that breakfast was not complimentary as in other hotels. King sized bed seemed smaller than king. Not enough lighting in bathroom. No comfy seating apart from the bed.

Pros:

Met by incredibly nice staff but our room had a urine splattered floor around the toilet, no shampoo — only conditioner— streaky dirty mop job, and not a single piece of equipment worked in the gym. No one said anything about the gym upon check-in and the options available. Concerns turned the friendly staff cold and everything directed to the GM. Thankfully Expedia helped us out of this inexcusable mess.
Marriott, your Courtyard and A-Loft are horrible in Lubbock. You should really check into this gross misrepresentation of your brand there.
