Beautiful Place to stay
Pros:

My stay was.amazing. Although check in procedures were all done electronically they were very easy to follow and i was able to check in withni issues. The place was very clean and homey. The people in the office were very polite when i spoke with them. Within walking distance to restaurants and stores. Public transportation very close by.I would definitely stay again if in Minneapolis.

Pros:

The apartments are nicely designed, and relatively spacious! All the different appliances are available for convenience. The location is decent - about a 15-20 minute walk to the center of campus, and 5-10 to any restaurants.

The cleanliness was not as desired - there was plenty of hair in the towels that come from washing towels in normal washer/dryers (rather than industrial), and some of the pillows were old.

Would stay again, because worth the price.

Pros:

The apartment looks super cool. However, sleep is my highest priority and AC in this apartment literally spoiled my sleep during couple of days of my stay. The AC is just my making loud sound all the time. I see a tower fan in the apartment, and this is just wobbling and a loud noise from the fan. My overall rating 3 is just for this one complaint. Further, plug points are not in a comfortable position (folding legs of the table are obstructing the laptop’s adapter) at the study desk, providing the surge connector would be really helpful.

Pros:

The long distance parking isn’t suitable for long stays, as suitcases/groceries etc make that annoying. The apartment itself was new but not cleaned. Hair in tub/on taps, dog food on floor, coffee table not wiped, plastic debris on end table. Etc. This also wouldn’t be the place to stay if you like quiet during university months as not very sound proof. Easy and nice stay but these things could use improvement.

Pros:

I attended a conference downtown Minneapolis and stayed here. Really excellent option for me. Nicer than most of the hotels I could have chosen while paying significantly less. Walkable to a nice grocery store. Great kitchen and refrigerator. On the weekend it was a six minute drive to the conference center.

Pros:

The room itswlf was immaculate. Mine came with a full suite identical to a 1BR apartment. The only downside is parking is a ways out. I have no complaints whatsoever, this was a great place to rent!

Pros:

Everything about our stay was overall really good! Loved the full kitchen so we could stay in to eat. We had two teenagers with us and they atleast had some privacy with the second room. Overall great experience. The ONLY thing that was unfortunate was the parking. My husband and I had to park our car in the parking garage and walk half of a mile to our room. In the dead of night and with the weather. We saw the parking garage under the building so we were very confused on why we couldn’t park in there. Made carrying items back to the apartment building uneasy.

Pros:

Parking is terrible, metered spots 2 blocks from property. Keypad to the main entrance was out of order & we couldn't get in the building without waiting for another resident to open the door or having to call the office emergency line. Room itself was very nice.

Pros:

I was there for a week's visit at the University of Minnesota. This venue is the closest to the east campus with a kitchen and laundry within the unit. It is within walking distance. Everything worked out perfectly since I cannot live on restaurant food for a week. The only issue I had was the property does not offer luggage storage after checking out. But that is not something I consider as negative, just something that you need to plan ahead.

Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment was very clean and comfortable! It was surprisingly quiet for a student housing facility. The building was safe and secure. The building itself was a little dirty, but the room was meticulously clean and the mattress was so comfortable! The only suggestion would be to add some towel bars in the bathroom. Other than that, everything was wonderful!

Pros:

Great property! The kitchen had all the basics you need to make a simple meal, only con was there was no ice tray! Otherwise, the please was clean and comfy!! Love the keyless entry, especially for attending concerts, it’s one less this to worry about keeping track of!

Pros:

Didn't Like; heavy footsteps from tenant above (most likely a college student); complained to Kasa and they replied that motion detection was normal and noose was below threahold- neither of which addressed the presence of evening heavy walking in a private apartment; dryer so noosy that couldn't do laundry in evening in concern that neighbor below would be annoyed feom extreme vibration; heating unit very loud to sleep while running.

Overall a good experience
Pros:

Room was clean and ready early! A little further from the University of MN than I hoped (about a 20-30 minute walk to the West Bank of the campus), but not too bad. Had all the amenities of a hotel (shampoo, soap, iron, blow dryer, towels, coffee maker, and more - kitchen with dish washer and full-size fridge, dishes and utensils, washer and dryer). Neighbors were a little noisy, but that was expected. This location was approximately a $25 Uber ride from the MSP airport.

Pros:

Would not stay here again. Guests need to know parking is quite far away (~15 min walk) and you are staying in basically a college dorm. We arrived around midnight, and drunk people were sitting outside the door. Had to walk over them to get inside. Then, we were kept up all night by sounds of stomping above us, loud partying, even a large crash at one point (even though posting says quiet hours start at 10PM). They advertise it as lively - it is much more than just lively. The bed was very hard. We actually skipped the second night and found different accommodations - never have done that before. Never have even left a review before in general! The virtual front desk did end up helping us all they could, but their policy is not very forgiving, although I think their description is a tad misleading.
