Pros:

A localização é muito boa pois está ao lado da estação de trem. porém como toda região central, a noite, vemos muitas pessoas na rua, consumindo bebidas e drogas... e o hotel está numa marquise onde pessoas de rua costumam se abrigar a noite. O acesso por senha pra entrar foi bem fácil, tem um mercado ao lado, o quarto é bem confortável. Cama boa, chuveiro bom. Realmente atendeu nossas expectativas. A área é bem barulhenta e a noite toda ouvimos sirene de ambulância.

Pros:

The area around the trainstation is one of the most terifying I have been to. Dirty, a lot of shady people walking around. It was particularly disturbing at night.

The room was nice, it was amazing to receive all the gifts and snacks! There was a good coffee machine and kettle, the kitchen was quite clean and equipped.
The bathroom was a bit dirty but good to use.

Overall the hotel is one to recommend altough the area around is a big big minus.

Pros:

The property is in a sketchy part of town, about a block from a strip of "sex hotels" and large amounts of homeless. The room itself had a bunch of scuff marks on the dirty walls, scarred vynil flooring, and a bunch of cigarette trash on the balcony. The rooms are hot due to no air flow and if you leave the windows open at night the mosquitoes will eat you alive.
